Wow, Orlando's prices are getting nutty! I remember back when my parents bought their house in 2016, getting a house that's priced at 380k was big money. Not to mention all the fire sales in the low 200s for all 3k sqft houses on short sale in 2012.
Orlando's market is crazy. Seems out of control at times but glad we bought in Polk County when we did! Great video again Ken! Stay in touch! Have a great week!
Those properties are all out of control. I guess Orlando area is only for the 1% now. Income for the cheapest property would have to be at least 140k just to survive. I would hate to see the HOA fees.

Wonder what HOA fees are.
“More than you can afford pal is a Ferrari” 😅😅
Loved all 3!
You guys are at the top of your game.
those are great vids! Keep 'em coming guys.
The Waverly has a beautiful view (of the Lake Eola fountain) until you look left and and see the Amphitheatre painted in those Groomer colors.
the jump scare lol
Awesome video as always 👌🏻
719 seems like a steal
Also wondering what the condo fee is on the 1.5m unit? 2k?
Have you done a video of Clermont and surrounding areas Minneola that are actually affordable 300k ?
As someone who has went to parties at the Waverly, I can say that the walls are paper thin.
She’s drop dead beautiful 😂. I don’t give shit what y’all say, I couldn’t ignore the fact nor could keep my mouth shut.
Hoping someday these prices will come tumbling down
I would have guessed way way less on all three properties. Orlando home prices are getting out of control. So disappointing.
Disappointing if you don't own anything. All in perspective.

downtown for the most part is lame. Unless you're going to a concert or sports event.
