The Kesari looks great and I am sure will taste delicious too. One small suggestion. Rawalpindi or any Kesari you can add sugar in the water itself and add colour also and just bring it to boil so that the sugar gets fully dissolved. Then even if the Rawa which is fried in ghee is a bit warm you can add this sugar dissolved water and give it a stir and then you can switch on the gas and cover it with a lid and allow it to cook for about ten minutes. It will come out nicely in proper pakkuvam. This way we can avoid the mess as well as the spilling Great explanation. Thanks million times. I am still waiting for vattal and vadam recipe. Boiled pineapple in little sugar syrup, like you said. I think adding little pineapple as paste (rest as pieces) will enhance the flavour.
