you explained the pain and symptoms very well. i have endometriosis and possibly pcos but i get ovarian cysts sometimes and just recently i had one rupture it is horribly painful. Prayer definitely helped me get through it, i didnt go to the hospital because i dont have insurance. the pain went away after 4 days. im alot better but yah i couldn't wipe either (bathroom), headache, jittery, nausea, dizzy and irritable. mine ruptured when i was on my period so i was even more pain. i thought mine was appendicitis as well or kidney infection, Thank God it wasn't. im glad your doing better.

Well, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I just go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Cyst Guide and now I feel as light and relaxed as I've ever been.
