I got a question about Hellion Sword. So hellion passive where every 8th hit deals 150 damage and blaze damage, does that work with ardent cyclone(the sword spin special)? Like when i start spinning, wiill every 8th damage tick deal that bonus damage? Or it has to be weapon attacks?
Quick question how do u feel about a weapon unique effect update for every weapon so it’s more coherent on what the cell on the weapons does to favor the weapon like nayzaga strikers for example… And another rework for stamina so we can keep up with the fight….

All of what phaelanx has to offer appears to be in an attempt to match up with the tempest omnicell, but because of this, the armor isn't good for basically anything else, not to mention the absurd cooldown on the ability. In my opinion the armor is whatever at this point but at least give the missiles the same cooldown as tempest, if you're going to push so hard for it
Hey man i see your videos and started play dauntless ...at first your videos are great an informative for beginners...but my question is...if i reforge a weapon will it get stronger or only push forward the path of slayer ?
When you reforge a weapon. You will reset its level and you will receive an aetherheart. The aetherheart can be used to power surge your gear and make it stronger. You can do this once for each piece of equipment. After this, reforging will continue to advance your slayer path and give you aetherhearts but it will not make you stronger. I hope this answers your question
And the event rewards for the Phaelanx fight are terrible man ....At least compared to all the other events on the island. Like I legit got one ..A SINGLE Aetherspark after defeating the Phaelanx🤦🤦🤦
its not a legendary behemoth though so that wouldnt be too good as far as balancing. that said, it does need a better mechanic/damage buff. also a better tell to show you have the buff ready/active.
@@ShreddingMonkeyOG It's not a legendary, but it's a Heroic level behemoth. It deserves heroic level powers and there is NO playing that down in any way shape or form. Removing the cooldown would be the perfect fix.

Idk if it’s a bug with the update or what but I can not get a deepfrost pangar to aether charge and rage at the same time and I’ve killed at least 15 of them by now. Ik it has nothing to do with the video I jus needed that vent man 😂
After farming for the weapon I was definitely disappointed. I figured it would be stronger since the farm is almost as much of a pain as the Cronovore. While I do find that the updates have been lacking your content helped me enjoy the game more than I ever have. Thanks for all the content and keep up the great work! Also find it pretty BS that you aren't partnered. Phoenix labs is missing out

The style of the behemoth is dope and the fight is just awesome but yeah, the weapon is underwhelming. Maybe they should add more missiles to at least be on par with pangar's. Great content as always my man. :D

@@KokoLoko-km9ep If you're talking about omnisurge, it's pretty much doo doo as well. You could run Aetheric Evasion/Aetheric Attunement with a fast ice weapon like Chain Blades/Pike and completely freeze over the dude far better than running Omnisurge. The dependency of Omnisurge on the triggering of your omnicell means that it requires a fast omnicell (i.e. tempest), however you would sacrifice the utility of that because tempest comes with no sustain, so either play flawlessly or use Koshai's/Skarn's lantern (with Koshai being far better). So yeaaah, you're much better off running Aetheric Evasion on Chain Blades and spamming your pangars to be a frost mage than to use Omnisurge. I tested it day one and its pretty bad lol.

Chronovore wasn't bad. Chronovore was well designed (in my opinion) and it's one of the strongest weapons in the game with a legendary that basically makes you immortal. Chronovore is a difficult behemoth for many to fight and the reward is therefore worth it. Phaelanx however is a heroic level behemoth with an ability that is weaker than 80% of the regular behemoths. That's why it's so bad lmao

Right there with u I haven’t played much cause last update only benefited repeaters players and all the tempest bastion omnicell needs buff . I use tempest still with my axe just for the attack speed but the damage on the tempest punch is terrible cause if u have to add more movement your not gonna do any damage at all with yiur weapon . But yea all the pheanlex stuff armor and weapons are terrible
@gabycashy5 lol no. We tried it at 45 cd as well and it's equally shit. Strap on any of my builds and then slap on the phalanx and see the difference in firepower for yourself. It will be about 30% less than what you get with almost any other build. That's how bad it is 🤣
i heared, the difference is, pangar damages every part and this weapon only the part you are focusing - but other than that , the damage is weak for a special weapn yeah :D
No pangars does 2000 dps more core damage too. Which is shown in the video. Sadly the damage is just way too weak to make it viable at all 🥲🥲. That's why I'm so sad

@@eeFiroK yeah if you test it I'm the training grounds as shown in the video. It calculates the overall dps. Which is why I know it's so low. Whether it spreads the damage or targets one part. Core damage will be shown 😊. This is why i can confirm the damage is low. So in future if you need to test other weapons. You can test it through this method to see the actual damage amount
That’s soo true, they fucking nerf things as if this is a PvP game. It’s a PVE game make content overpowered but hard to get, so people actually wanna grind for something! That’s why the game is so boring since even exotics aren’t really powerful, and stop giving every great thing a drawback, this is not PVP. Give people a reason to reach 20 reforges on a weapon. Maybe it overcharges it or something. Else this game will remain boring, phalax is a blaze work behemoth he should have really good perks so END GAME makes sense! And new players want to get that to become powerful.
@@BdasKeF for starters. They can release the bow as a unique Wounding weapon. It doesn't have to be like the Repeaters. It can be a single powerful shot Ranged weapon that you have to draw and charge up in order to shoot. It can interrupt but doesn't do stagger damage. Instead it focuses heavily on Wounding and does little part damage. This would make it a useful weapon in team play that focuses on Wounding and less on part breaks (therefore keeping the Repeaters for part breaking etc.). This is a start and one idea. We have like 60 more lol
It's not even cool since it can be cancelled by dodging lol. That's the big problem lol. It would be cool if it didn't have a trigger that just straight up cancels the benefit which is also a KEY part of playing the game
Dodging is okay though? I never have trouble dodging, but rather, I am annoyed that a key mechanic is used to trigger something and it triggers no matter what and then goes on long cooldown. It's ultra lame.
