I had this hair installed when I went on a cruise. Same color, length and all. Loved it! Kima Ocean Wave has been my favorite for the last 6 months. Installed every 8 weeks
How do you keep up with the ocean wave for it to last 8 weeks? What all do you use on the hair? Thanks

How do you maintain the Ocean Wave? It tangles so bad on me.
@@uyvonnesmith1752 I have had the ocean wave for 8 weeks as well. I pineapple at night with a bonnet, use mousee with argan oil twice a week, detangle with my fingers and metal pick. It by far has been the longest lasting hair I have used.
I've been using the Kima Ripple Deep for years and I love it. I usually wear it for 6 weeks in either 1B or 4 color. When it gets frizzy I usually spray it with Cream of Nature Leave-In Conditioner or water. This is my go to hair.

I love how you consistently keep the same hair color! I think you know that it’s the most flattering color for your skin tone. I also wear a color four (4) because it matches my eyes . Hair color should bring out our natural features!

This brand has always been good to me. I am wearing 1B ripple deep right now. For maintenance....water and I sometimes use a little lotta body as it gets older.

I like the 10 inch in deep ripple and yes the 1B30 color is pretty. Bohemian Curl lower maintenance but it sheds more than deep ripple. Glad you tried it again.

I dont use any product at all on Kimas. Especially the ocean wave. I dont even comb it out everyday. I may comb it out on Sunday night but I I apply a little coconut oul on the hair and the shine is maintained and it has a little body. I pull it back in a pony at night, touch my edges uo and go. Both hairs are very low naintenance. I love it💛💛💛

I love this hair although I've still not tried this curl but the Kima Brand is such a soft hair I'm so excited. My birthday hair will be the Be Famous Beauty Akila braid. I will install next week and will be unveiling the week of the 11th for my Birthday on the 17th. Lol like I'm famous no just 56 and that deserves an unveiling. Thank you for this awesome review Lia!! This is how I feel about Ocean Wave! These hairs are both pretty, but higher maintenance then I like! I prefer to just put on a bonnet and knock out. I still might do this ripple deep just because I like the curl and it did at least last 5 weeks 😄

I have this hair in now and mixed it with freetress deep twist ! Same color ! I love ripple deep ! Since corona though , I just pineapple as well and keep it moving cuz like you said “who gonna see” 🤣 I’m going on 6 weeks

That’s right no product on this hair I’m glad you tried this hair again, this is my go to hair, but it does takes a little work to detangle every other day for the first week, It lasts me for at least three weeks, Water water water that’s it

To me, the texture if the hair has definitely changed, I've only tried the ocean wave for now. My first time wearing this hair was January 2017. The hair had a course or rougher texture, now it is really soft and silky. I liked it when it was more course because the knots slipped less. Either way, this is my go to hair. I keep a back up. I've never tried it in other colors, will definitely give this hair a try. To me to it is very low maintenance. All I do is twist the hair at nights and comb it out in the mornings. I dont put products in the, I always get atleast 7weeks of wear out of it.
Felisa Hyman did it get matted at all? How did you shower with it?
@@mrs.shanieekennedy2728 I always wear a shower cap and there were time it got little rain on it, for me the hair still looked fine and lasted. You can comb the hair out, which I did sometimes daily. Only part that got matted was nape area but, I was playable to comb it out.

I purchased the mane concept afro carribean waterfall and it is nothing like what you have, it is actually horrible and i am so sad? do you have anything that you would reccomend that is close to the beachy curl, i love that and need water friendly, workout friendly!! you are always on point and i love you, please help! i just installed it yesterday and want to cry it is like freetress and that does not work for me at all!!!!
