Free mean with a donation - Reminds me back in the 80's and 90's many bars would cook during football season and you could eat free as long as you were drinking beer. I think those days are gone.
Again, great job documenting the trip! I used to own a Honda 305cc "Dream", and I sure do miss it. It was a regular bike instead of a scooter though. You and Brenton's videos have got me thinking about getting a scooter some day soon. Thanks again!
In Louisiana you can camp in the spillway for free as long as you call and reserve ahead of time. You may wake up 20 feet from a gator but that's just good breakfast.
Whenever I go somewhere far away on my moped im always worried what if it breaks down what if my belt breaks because it happened to me once and I had to walk it home and it was not fun walking it
I just bought a scooter and want to do something like this, but so many people are telling me that I’m crazy. I wish I had someone to do it with me, but I definitely want to do a road trip like this
It's pretty impressive especially because it is over 30 years old. pretty handy to zip around. I'm discovering uses for it. I am used to chain or shaft drives so I have to be careful about the belt. I had to change my driving for that.
