Among the other things that are so inspirational about this video, I love that her son was comfortable enough to go to her and share how he felt. They must have a wonderful relationship 😍
I'm 4 months into my DDP journey. I really love these workouts. Started only able to do 3-4 push ups - I'm already back to being able to do 30. 12 pounds so far gone. I'll take it. Not stopping!
@@cherylthomas5350 No. I'm pretty good with food. I am intermittent fasting 8/16 and I eat real food. No processed crap and NO added sugar at all. I also don't really snack. My appetite is WAY down after the fasting and simply eating good food and no sugar. It's weird that I am just not that hungry like I used to be.
This has brought me to tears of joy for her and sadness for myself. She was who I am today. Lost my mom, husband, dad all within six months of each other and now soon my beloved (like a child) dog who is the last of what my husband and I shared and loved so much together. My health has suffered greatly, now I have diabetes and heart disease which my doctors contribute to the loss and stress and depression. I do not know how to pull myself out. I feel worthless, unless, stuck and pathetic. I feel alone and unloved. I cannot afford the DDP, but I know there are other ways to get healthier and fit I just can't find the motivation. I'm so tired. When my boy leaves me I seriously do not know how I'll manage. Just last night he had another of so many seizures, it's so emotional, stressful and exhausting. I'm so proud of this woman, so happy she has a son to live for and to find her strength for. She carried her weight well but seeing her transformation is breathtaking. She looks strong, healthy and happy. I hope we can see her son in his transformation too.
I am sorry for your loss. That is a lot to deal with, especially in such a short time... heartbreak does a number on the soul. But do you think your loved ones would want this for you? For your heartbreak to be your demise? I doubt it. You still have the ability to live and I think that they would want you to do so. So LIVE! Fight for yourself! Fight for your life! Happiness really is a state of mind. And I know, that is such a cliché... but it is true. Whenever I am feeling down I like to listen to positive and uplifting music to motivate me and to help heal my soul. Some artists that I really love to listen to are : Trevor Hall, Sam Garrett, Nahko Bear an Medicine for the People, Rising Appalachia, Xavier Rudd, Will Evans... just to name a few. Maybe check them out and see if anything resonates with you. ☺ Also, I too am over weight and have a number of injuries that have caused me to not want to do much of anything other than work and rest on my couch afterward. But I am working on correcting my issues through staying positive and am slowly getting into yoga, myself. Yoga with Adriene is the channel I've been following for a little while now and I really like her. Maybe you will as well. Here is the link to her TH-cam channel: www.youtube.com/@yogawithadriene Anyways, I'm sorry for rambling.... But I just thought I'd share those things with you. Meditation, positive music and yoga have definitely been beneficial for me... maybe they could be for you as well. You deserve to find your happiness again. Have Faith. Stay Positive. Don't give-up. You CAN do this! ~Sending Love, Light and Blessings your way. 💖✨☮
Your losses in close succession are crushing. I’m sorry that you are so close to losing your fur child. I know you can survive and succeed. I have been pretty low, and then I lost my beloved dog. Many people don’t remotely understand how devastating that can be. If nothing else, I’d encourage you to stop eating the sugar foods that make you feel good quickly but not long and then you want more. Quit juice and soft drinks. Water is your friend. Try to get up and walk around every hour. Make yourself a schedule, including bed and wake up times. You can be better than you have ever been. You just have to start over, every time you think you have failed. As they say, it is not how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up that matters.
If that does not bring a tear to your eye.. the transformations from this program are something else, but the people behind them are truly incredible. Bless this lady and her family.
Good job! I'm about the same size as you started and I needed that kick in the ass to get back to it after a traffic accident had me out for a while. Thank you!
Thank you so much! You got this!!!! DDPY meets you where your at! As long as your cleared by your Dr. To get back to physical exercise, DDPY meets you where you are at!!!!
Dang! What an amazing transformation! Your before picture reminds me of countless people I see every day... people who have absolutely no idea who they really are & what they are capable of. Gonna buy myself a shirt or two & wear it around town just in case I get to be that one person at the right place & the right time to spark a miracle. This is so much FUN!
Wow! Thank you for this story! I’m encouraged for sure through what can be accomplished one day at a time, one step forward at a time and continuing taking those steps!

Okay I dont understand she says her son was being bullied for being over weight and ready for a change so you didn't help him and workout with him ? It shows her doing one workout with him when she's already lost all the weight and he is still clearly the same size . I mean good for her but really ?!?!?! You hear him say that and you didn't workout with him and help him you just took care of yourself ? Even the last picture of them she's lost all the weight and he's the same size , I love these kind of stories but this one is just weird to me .
