@manlikeak you're very welcome. I used to order a keema naan with cheese every time I visited Cheetham Hill in Manchester, I loved it so much it was the only thing I would order.
@@nemo9540 yeah thanks. When I used to live in my hometown, I use to get a Keema Naan every fortnight from a place called Star Karahi its very filling from the takeaway outlets, but this home made version looks a lot lighter and probably healthier haha

hi Shamza new subscriber Love your channel I love keema naans they are my go to naan with curries the ones i get from the takeaway sre really good but im sure yours are better and i will try your recipe for the curry i cook but can you tell me how they make the meat that deep blood red colour
I hope these turn out as lovely as the samosas I made from your recipe. Itching to give them a try . Awesome food from an awesome cook ❤️😘 tyvm .Dave xxx
I have some keema left to use up, i guess this is the recipe for tomorrow. When family say the food is really nice i always say, thank the lady in bradford my little kitchen. Lol. My nan turned out lovely

Hi Shamza can you please do a video of what spices you have in the kitchen and how you store them all. My Daughter works in an Asian supermarket and the amount of spices i am buying are quickly growing and I'm finding it hard to know how to store/put them! Also do you ever buy the premixed spice boxes? Xx
Wow! I never knew you can do this with raw keema stuffing. So five minutes on each side will cook the mince from inside. I can’t believe there is no ginger in this recipe. My son will love this for sure, will definitely try one day.
Excellent recipe sis. That’s how I used to make Bach when I was well but I used to add a little squeezed out onion. And my secret tip is a tsp cornflour per kg as it absorbs the keema juices
Now they really look good.... I love keema naans from the restaurants, but the keema is always bland, I can tell from the ingredients that these wont be! I can't wait to make them. Thank you for the recipe.
Made Keema's to your recipe again, also made Peshwari's with your bread recipe, was insulted by my guests ' Did you get these from a restaurant ?' I replied, no, mine are better they're from 'My little kitchen'
You're really generous with your Keema. I've noticed that a lot of Indian restaurants barely whack any Keema in their naans at all.
Thanks, they taste good this way
Same. I stopped ordering keema naan from my local Pakistani restaurant as they were so stingy
Brilliantly done
Thank you they were very good
Very we'll demonstrated, 😋

You make all the yummy food I wish I learned from my mum
Must give this a try. Looks delicious. One of my fav Indian style cooks. A true inspiration.
Definitely trying this!!
Wow that looks so good and you really make it look easy to do. If mine come out half as good I will be happy. Keema Naan's are such a favourite.
This is my absolute favourite and I especially love to add cheese to the keema.
How do you add cheese to it?
@manlikeak I've only made this once but I grated a small layer of mild cheese over the keema mixture before folding.
@@nemo9540 thanks

Love your channel
I love keema naans they are my go to naan with curries the ones i get from the takeaway sre really good but im sure yours are better and i will try your recipe for the curry i cook but can you tell me how they make the meat that deep blood red colour
Thank you so much 😊 Food colouring is added to the mixture to get that red colour.
Keema and naan is the best combination. If you've never tried this then you're missing out
Shamza!😀😊 you make this look so easy!I'm not good at rolling dough and always idnt evenly cooked. I will try this exact way 🙆♂️
Hope you enjoy, do let me know how they come out! :)
Do you think you could make this with vegetarian mince? ❤
You can certainly try, I can't see why it won't work.
I made your Keema Matar with Beyond mince and it was absolutely delicious 😋 thank you
Hi, is it ok to cook on a cast iron skillet?
I hope these turn out as lovely as the samosas I made from your recipe. Itching to give them a try . Awesome food from an awesome cook ❤️😘 tyvm .Dave xxx
If you have had restaurant keema naan then you'll be impressed as these have better flavour IMO.
At which point would you freeze for use another day? Before or after cooking? What do you think is best?
Both would work but I'd say before cooking.
I have some keema left to use up, i guess this is the recipe for tomorrow. When family say the food is really nice i always say, thank the lady in bradford my little kitchen. Lol.
My nan turned out lovely
Thank you so much but I'm not from Bradford 😬
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes sorry I don't know I thought you were. Either way I'm loving your recipes
Does the keema need to be pre cooked before adding it into the dough ball so that it does not remain raw?
no it doesn't, it cooks perfectly in the naan.
I like to add some cheese inside with a spicy yoghurt dip, I could eat that for lunch everyday 😋.
Looks soooo great!! All I would make with this as a side is a nice bowl of raitha and dig in!!! Thanks for the recipe!!
Thank you for your comment they would be a great addition to a nice meal - eat whilst HOT.

@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes oh that would be fantastic! Thank you lovely xx
My only worry.... the keema is not under cooked is it??
By the way absolutely love your channel your amazing at what you do xx
it shouldn't be, she did cook it long enough and the heat does go through
I have made this similar recipe, except I used pita bread. It does cook through. Take time to cook each sides.
@@majestic6303 thank you
The keema is only a thin layer which cooks very quickly and evenly. Thank you 😊 💓

Yes Anjna, it's a very thin layer of mince so cooks relatively quickly. 😊👍

I've got a question. Are you meant to cook the Keema before applying it to the raw bread-dough or just whack it in the dough raw?
Now they really look good.... I love keema naans from the restaurants, but the keema is always bland, I can tell from the ingredients that these wont be! I can't wait to make them. Thank you for the recipe.
Yes I agree
Would I be able to use beef/pork mince as opposed to lamb?
I always make them with beef mince. I don't think it makes any difference what Mince you use. I'd assume chicken, etc will cook quicker.
Keema - usually it’s out inside naan cooked??
Yes it was fully cooked.
Shamza, I love when you do the taste test, I’m actually like Argh I want one NOW 😂 😋
Think I would have to cook the keema first
TERRIFIC VIDEO and Recipe as usual. Thank you very much for sharing. 🙏🇬🇧
How can they cook in 10 min if u not cooked the keema first
It's a very think later of keema. Fully cooked in the time shown
👍💜👍💜👍💜
I had to cook my in a waffle iron maker 😂 mmmmmmm gooood.
You re very pretty
Thank you.
@@tonyburton419 so what 😆

The beef should be cook first before added to the bread.
No
How can I make the mince red our local takeaway keema is red is it only food colouring @mylittlekitchen
Yes it's just a lil bit of food colouring.
Dont eat them all..😅😅
