    Thanks for sharing! Just found your channel. Very relaxing way for me to drink my morning coffee. I have to get to Colorado one day.

      So glad you found the Channel. And happy you found it relaxing. That's what I strive for when creating and editing the videos. I want them to be peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable to watch. Yes you have to get to Colorado. It will not disappoint.

    Not Black Bear Pass but it looks like Pearl Pass was a different kind of challenge with that rock hopping you had to do and the snowfield near the summit that turned you back. Videos like this are getting me stoked for my upcoming western rockies travel season. Thanks for all the spectacular Colorado scenery!!

      Yes it was a different kind of challenge but while it was challenging this was the favorite trail for both of us. The landscape was beyond words. We were so upset that we had to turn around right before the top of the pass. We so wanted to see what was on the other side. This will definitely be a trail we do again, just maybe a month later next time.

    That’s a wonderfully beautiful trail! There looks like there are some tricky spots on that trail.

      Pearl Pass is indescribably beautiful. Amazing views in every direction. There are a couple obstacles along the way. Picking the correct line is the most important. Thanks for commenting.

    Great video. amazing sights and landscape. That snow bank looks super sketchy. Good thing you had lockers. I don't think I could have done it. I have the horsepower but my ground clearance is lacking.

    • @GetOverItOutdoors
      @GetOverItOutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That snow bank took quite a few runs at it to get thru. yes we couldn't have done it without the lockers.

    Wow, those are some epic view of the Alpine! Great drone shots and edit! How closed to that trail did you camp?

      Thanks so much. We camped at the Campground on the north end of Pearl Pass. There's a campground with dispersed camping. thanks again for commenting.

    Thanks for sharing!!! Beautiful area!!! What time of the year did you try pearl pass (with snow)?

    • @GetOverItOutdoors
      @GetOverItOutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It was mid July when we were on Pearl Pass. Lower elevations 8k and below were fine. Above that there was a chance for the trail to be blocked. thanks for watchin!

      Thank you! We were there in beginning of July. Beautiful country. It was our first time out to CO, and Moab

    Did you make it over the pass? Looks like you had to go back down?

    • @GetOverItOutdoors
      @GetOverItOutdoors  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No we weren't able to make it over the top of the pass. A few hundred yards from the top there was a remaining snow bank that was completely covering the road and way to think to try and plow thru. Sure wish we could have though.
