Beginner Turns in Kihon Kata

Turning (mawate) can be hard as a beginner. In this video I wanted to share a way I help visualise the first four movements of Kihon Kata. This could be applied to many other kata that we do in Karate.
I use spots to help show different the 'train tracks' that we are on when we move. It is important that we keep a stance wide enough to maintain balance and our feet should be facing forward.
