@@AdonileTheDoughnut the frame rate is the same as fps = frames per second, the higher the fps, the smoother or more "fluid" the movements will look in the video, it kinda looks "faster" if it has a higher framerate
As a professional short film maker I would suggest you Don't use 60fps for making cinematic video. Only use it in 30fps. By the way, this video could have been better if you have used 30fps. 😍 Live love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 ❤️
While there's a standard for shooting, it doesn't necessarily mean that everyone should follow those standards. Many people don't know the difference and some are just in it for the hobby. We all learn as we go along, or are trained. If standards were always followed there'd be no advancements in film making. This is the problem with social media. The concept through the artist lens isn't encouraged and respected. I thought the video was great regardless of what fps it was shot in.
This video is the epitome of 'why 24 fps should be your priority if you want cinematic look' until and unless you want to slow down the footage. However, dope work brother.
All I do is film on pro mode, l put the shutter speed on 1/60 and the iso on about 320 or somewhere around there. Basically you don't want it to be to bright or to dim. Somehow the camera on the S22 Ultra is so good to where it doesn't have any noise, but if you shot in normal mode and not pro it would have a lot of noise and no I didn't use any extra lights.
Pretty Cool. One comment. What did you use to shoot and what were you settings? The reason I ask is because you have a more reality show type look as opposed to filmic.. and that could definitely be by choice. i was just curious. Regardless, good stuff.
I used the S22 ultra and a DJI OM 5 gymbal to stabilize it. I shot it in 60 fps which I won't be doing again because 24 fps is more cinematic. To get the blue haze I set the white balance around 2600k. In my upcoming short films I will go for a more filmic grade then reality.
I didn't use any kind of lens, I just used the 21:9 aspect ratio which you can change in the pro video settings on the stock camera app and as of right now there is no moment case for the s22 ultra.
Great video! I have the s22 ultra as well. My question is, what setting where you using for the low light ?? Or are you coloring grading day for night? We do a lot of camping and those low lights kill us. Thanks!! Again we'll done
Care to share some of the other tools you might have used? Tripods, sound equipment? If it's all the Ultra, that's great, too. I'm going to start my film pretty soon and this is promising.
Well the biggest thing I would do is lower the iso that way the noise goes away, then adjust the white balance to either a warmer or colder look depending on what you like. The biggest thing with shooting at night is to eliminate as much noise as possible and you can do that by lowering the iso. The last tip is making sure your shutter speed is about double whatever the frame rate your shooting in is.
@@camdenscreations Excuse the question, but I have an s22 ultra and I'm new to videos and photos. What is Landscape? is it an option in professional mode? Because I don't see any option that says landscape or portrait mode. I thought maybe it was one of the options that are presented as "filters". Could you tell me how to select landscape mode? Thank you very much and great video!
First things first, You have to use Pro mode. Then what your gonna do is lower the iso a lot, the reason why is because the higher the iso is, the more noisy and grainy the shot is.

If you convert 60fps to 24fps, it just doesn't look right at all. I should have shot the clips in 24fps but the only problem with doing that is that it gets jittery. 60fps takes the jitter away.
