This is fantastic! I was looking into making an HHO torch for soldering jewelry but this looks easier and more safe so maybe I'll try it. (I use a mini butane torch currently)

Sorry 4 my ignorance, but it's not clear to me, what you pur into the bottles...I mean which is which and after how you make the first flame, how you make the correct flame. Also, I don't see, in the final part, the screw head been melted... to make it red, a simple lighter was enough! What I'm missing? pls let me know. Thanks

Can it melted 1 mm iron wire
You can't - the flame temperature is 1300 degrees, and iron melts at 1520 degrees.

Exactly what kind of "refined gasoline" do you use? All automobile petrol is refined. Do you mean regular petrol? Kerosene? Naphtha? Nice video. Could you explain the principles involved in your arrangement of the two gasoline bottles?
Specifically, this is solvent gasoline for the rubber industry, it is almost odorless, I bought it in the supermarket. But I think other options will also work, such as those used by jewelers. 2 tanks increase the volume of fuel, and reduce the number of large droplets in the mixture (they remain flying through the second tank) but it's just a theory :). But in principle, I am satisfied with the design. The only thing I would redo is the air cocks on multi-turn ... these are very difficult to adjust the flow accurately.

Most likely yes, the fumes are burning. But you have to try.
What is the pipe made of fiberglass?that you put in the can with the brass connection on the top of the can?please explain thanks for the video..
This is a brass pipe I found in the trash. (it just had a thread on it that does not affect anything)

блин пытаюсь понять принцип действия этой конструкции. сйчас планирую сделать бензогениратор вместо стекляной временной банки. и изучаю эту тему. вот как я понял оба болончика под бензин , они соеденены в двух местах , верхний под пары а нижние под бензин. ну и уровень можно глянуть. бурление бензина проходит в первам и переходит во второй пары через верхнию трубку, больше или меньше воздуха регулируется краником, ПРИ ОТКРИТИИ КОТОРОГО ВО ВТОРОЙ ПОПАДАЕТ ВОЗДУХ БЕЗ БУРЛЕНИЯ И СМЕШИВАЕТСЯ С ПАРАМИ ПРИХОДЯЩИМИ С ПЕРВОГО ПРИ БУРЛЕНИИ. во втором болоне бурления небудит , и бензин не будит обеднятся а в первам будит , и с него прейдется сливать часть отработки и при этом со второва будит бензин в первый поступать который не пдвергался бурлению и насыщен. я написал витвивато похоже . но вы мне поясните пожалуста в чём смысол такой конструкции . я пока незнаю всех тонкостей и поэтому Могу чегота несовсем понимать. ДЛЯ ЧЕГО ТАКАЯ МУДРЁНАЯ КОНСТРУКЦИЯ И В ЧЁМ ЕЁ ПРИИМУЩЕСТВА НЕЖЕЛИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАТЬ ОДНУ ЕМКОСТЬ БОЛЬШЕГО РАЗМЕРА ДЛЯ БУРЛЕНИЫ И РЕГУЛЕРОВОЧНОГО КРАНА ДЛЯ РЕГУЛИРОВКИ СМЕСИ БЕНЗИН ВОЗДУХ КАК ДЕЛАЮТ ИЗ ТЕХЖЕ ПОЯЛЬНЫХ ЛАМП
Бензин все равно смешивается и с одного и другого баллона соединив - увеличиваем объем. Смешивая смесь во втором баллоне уменьшаем вероятность того что при сильном бурлении бензин засосет в трубку идущую на горелку. По крайней мере план был такой. Пока все работает.

The pressure on the compressor is about 2-3 atmospheres (or about 30 PSI). Then I regulate the pressure with the first tap. With experience comes the understanding of how much to open.

@@OldRustyCrafts существуют паяльники, фены, горелки. Нужно понимать какая тепловая мощность понадобится для пайки, а не тыкать паяльником в 40Вт везде
@@ivpzkpfw Спасибо, Вы первый кому несоответствие в глаза бросилось.. Думал больше будет коментов по этому поводу. Паяльник 40w, правда для пром применения - METCAL MX-500, поэтому вполне легко справляется с этим, обычные китайцы залиапают намертво:), ну по поводу горелок и фенов - все есть конечно вплоть до BGA Rewjring station :).
