Is Natasha a bit dense, and not thought about dumping David the mamma's boy but carried on with him, because Natasha refused to go on a trip with him and his mamma. Luckily never got married, and of course the girl that mamma picked for him to marry, was preggers with another mans child so later divorced. The dopey Dave contacted Natasha wanting to get back together again, there was a load of old waffle between them, instead of her telling him to bugger off and put the phone down.

1. Leave wife or partner. Think partner climbs into a cupboard giving up on any form of life and wait for tbe man to come back.
Get surprised when that is not the case
I believe this is called trading up.
Also, you may like to learn about human biology. The womb and the belly are two different things.
