Richard J. Gordon is one of the geniuses that the Philippines has ever produced. The way he thinks never failed to amaze me. He always has a better plan, alternative, and stand on any current issue that our country has. He is an expert in terms of driving people to a certain goal. He is steadfast on his beliefs and definitely aware on what he's doing. Has proved several times that he can transform a vision into a reality. I could say that he is an epitome of leadership.

I supported Senator Richard Gordon last election..I even went back to the Philippines just to attend his first day of his Presidential campaign sa Imus Cavite..after his speech nagkausap pa kami..sayang at hinde sya nanalo..marami siyang puedeng magagwa sa bayan natin...HE SHOULD BE GIVEN A CHANCE TO BE THE PRESIDENT!!

Karen Davila, what was the issue when you asked why Gordon says THE Ateneo? Questions asked were rumor mongering in nature. I heard about the rumors about Ms Davila, too. I wish the line of questioning was more professional.

Stop your nonsense! I am a Philippine graduate, a US citizen so are my friends. All of us have good paying jobs and are using our Philippine professions here in California. I work in the hospital with Filipino doctors who are Philippine graduates. You probably one of those Filipinos who can't qualify for a descent job in the US and work at Walmart. The main reason why Filipino doctors end up being a nurse in the US is because they are overage when they arrive and can't qualify for US internship.
I don't think the masses know the difference between progress and status quo...hence everything is business as usual and are afraid to elect for someone who might change the whole govt and what a leader should be like....that would be too much to handle!

It looks like GORDON will not be a Senator. Though I was not impress with him, I believe that he has a lot more to offer to the Senate and the country to those who are voted ahead of him.
Hopefully, he won't give up & for now be the watchdog. The country definitely need someone like him to check and balance the other Senators. The good side I guess is that another ENRILE is not in The bad side is VILLAR is in and the UGLY side is that BUSINESS AS USUAL when it comes to Philippine politics.
Miriam Santiago is "no match" to Dick Gordon. Gordon is a quick thinker very spontaneous and articulate specially in English. Miriam Santiago is a big hype.

I disagree. I've had a chance to talk to this guy and I m not impress at all. He is a "show off." Yes, he is very articulate & hot headed like Santiago' but people let him get away with some of the things that he says. Now, you have him against someone who I believe is as articulate as he is, maybe even more. Someone as educated and knows how to carry her weight, I think within 5 minutes his blood pressure will be boiling...so as Sen Santiago, in 6 mins. hahaha.

Dude you are out of your mind to think tha Santiago is no match to Gordon. The woman is viewed by other intellects outside of the Philippines as a woman with incredible talent, and that is why she was picked to serve in ICC.
