Nice one Andy, and Kaye, you could have just added the cranberries without cooking them they cook really quickly in the cake, and being light with air inside of them they probably would not sink to the bottom. I used them in winter bread puddings with apples, and raisins, never cooked them in advance.😊

Hello Andy..that was a lot of topping you threw on top, you should have sprinkled some of the fruit over it..
Me thinks the mixture was a little too slack, with the fruit sinking to the bottom 😉
