In this exercise video Meredith will be guiding you through an easy to follow standing low impact cardio routine called "Mountain Cardio".
Mountain cardio follows a pattern of a series of movements using timed intervals (40 sec work, 10 sec rest) in one direction to represent going up the mountain, and then repeating them in opposite order to represent going back down the mountain. All movements are standing and can also be modified to seating as well. This is a great workout for beginners as it works both the body and the mind:) More advanced levels can also use this routine as a great warm - up or supplement to their own cardio routines.
As usual only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and keep your water close by.
We hope you have a great workout!

Only 28 minutes of cardio - but this exercise had the benefits of working out an hour! Thank You Meredith!
Yes, way to go!
❤loved!!!!
Thanks Meredith 😊
I still find this one to be a mental and physical challenge 😅 but I love feeling stronger and more confident. Rather than tripping over my feet with pony steps I do something similar to work the same muscles. And I'm now loving the vees. Thanks so much, Meredith. I've also started to take your workouts to the pool on days my joints and muscle groups despise gravity.
You are doing so great! I’m so proud!
Meredith just did this one, brilliant, on repeat ty
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
Thanks Meredith, I felt this helped with my range of movement, cardio and worked my brain too!
You're so welcome! Yes, it is a full body and brain workout!!
Oh gosh! This is more challenging than some intermediate workouts! I woke up feeling sore and tired today but really wanting to get my heart pumping and work up a sweat. This certainly does that! It also worked out most of my muscle soreness. I feel like I worked out for an hour 😅

Thank you Yvonne!! I am always here for you!!
Great workout! Familiar moves in a new format and completely modifiable--can be done seated, with light weights (wrist weights and/or ankle weights) or even done twice. And, the creative name of your WO fits the bill for a “go-to”. Many thanks Meredith and team!
Thank you Muriel!!

You are very welcome!!

Thank you!!
🎉 Thank You!
Day 2 in this one on a day I thought I'd be qblecto do nothing. So somewhere I side me they've found the fun 😂
Good for you!! Way to go!
So, I only lasted 15 min. but I feel good, still I was over my maximum heart rate the whole 15 min. ie 157 bpm is supposedly my max. I averaged 162 with a max of 186. Can I keep going, trying to last longer or do something else?
Darrel, you need to make sure you are listening to your body and doing what is right for you! Take breaks when needed, always ending with a cool down and stretch even if you do not “complete” a workout.
