I don’t know why Shang chi wasn’t mentioned. I finished the fight with a r3 Shang chi slightly boosted in 6:05. His utility is also very useful for this fight
Thanks for the breakdown, just fought it and this helped a lot. Soloed it with the r5 Kingpimp. Only mistake was that I didn't realize that you had to get MORE removal charges in phase 2 so I was messing around for like 2 mins doing no dmg lol

Hey, Sim! I used this guide when I first explored 8.2 which helped me a lot, but I just finished the Deathless Guillotine challenge with my r4 G2099 and it was brutal. I don't know if it was the path I took or what, but Bahamet kept regening so when I would get into phase 3 or 4 and die, it would put me back in the previous phase I would have to buildup the removal charges each time. It was no fun this time around. Too many resources were used. I plan to 100% this chapter soon so I'll be sure to bring Kingpin for that. This was the only chapter I didn't 100% because of Bahamet, but I feel like I could possibly one shot him now.
I tried completing it over this weekend too with the Guilly challenge and couldn’t gain my charges during PH2, plus he would regen back into PH1. Very frustrating and ended up quitting. It’s not worth the resources and wasted a lot during that attempt.
@@simula67 Any news regarding the regeneration bug from the CCP server? An alliance mate is doing that Deathless Guillotine challenge now and is having the same issues.
Hello Sim, there are also champions who can take advantage of the Incinerates, such as Human Torch and smoulders, and even Mephisto who gains extra power from Incinerates
So if I’m hearing correctly. He has to have 3 volatility to throw a plasma blast. You have to special, heavy or parry counter it to gain the removal. THEN you have to get him to 3 volatility for him to throw the plasma blast again. Which you again counter. For phase one this would break his armor. Same for phase two three and four except the accepted attack list gets smaller. Sorta like Scytalus traps. And in phase four you skip a step in the removal, in three and four he can do red-bad… am I getting this?

After having done Bahamet 6 times. I would say bring bishop. And also awakened Scorpion is nasty for heal sponge path. Petrify Bahamet and you are immortal as long as you have a debuff.
So do you have to throw a special into the radiation blast every time? Or just in the first phase (or 2)? I’m not sure I fully understood how to gain the removal charges. It seemed like in the 3rd phase you just parry the radiation blast thing without a special into it. Thanks Sim!
You need at least one removal charge before you can parry or heavy the blast. So if you have none, you need to use a special into the blast to gain them, then the next time around parry or heavy.
I did first time last night and didn’t use special attacks to gain removal charges in phase 2, was trying to heavy or parry radiation blast and kept dying. The in game description is pretty bad imo, without these guides it’s so hard to do these fights
Hello . When I move down under 40% or 10 % he keep regenerating back to over 40 or over 15-16 for some reason and if I die I have to start again fro The previous stage . The video does not talk about regeneration. Is it a bug that I’m dealing with how can I avoid the regeneration. Please advise
Which path did you take? One of the paths has a node on him that gives him 1000% of your willpower healing. Your options are to either turn off Willpower, or bring a champion with access to heal block, petrify, or spectre.
Hmm, good question. I would think not because Slow reduces the ability accuracy of unstoppable effects. Valkyrie can still get around his unstoppable though.
How is the yellow charges not expiring? Are you knocking him down each time he gains a charge? Or is it to do with the path you took? Which path to take if it influences it's duration
Is there another way to build velocity charges beside stay close to him? Every video I watch I see people gaining charges quickly. For me that's the biggest chore.

Jabari can absolutely do this fight. Her cleanse charges will trigger additional volatility for Bahamet. If you can time your SP2 with the Hunt active while his armor is down you're gonna melt him.
So in game it says if you purify a debuff it is re-inflicted as a passive. I didn't hear you say that. Was that a change from the beta? If so does it mean KP is still a good option?
Kingpin, Shang-Chi, Attuma, and Jabari are probably your best unduped options in the skill class. 5-stars are viable but you will be taking a lot more block damage so you may want to boost up.
He will lose his volatility if you get hit by the radiation blast, or if you don't counter it in the proper way (i.e. use a special when you need removal charges). I believe it also resets between phases too.
He should work, but the only way for him to purify debuffs is to heavy (and even at max sig the chance is like 50%) so it will probably be a bit slower to gain Volatility with him.

For this fight specifically? Agent Venom if you have Scorpion and Kraven to go with him. Crossbones' shrug chance is tied to his sig so you'd want him pretty high.
Remember that you need to have at least one green removal charge first. So use a special into the blast to gain those, then the next blast parry or heavy!

I was able to beat him, but this was the worst I’ve ever played. I couldn’t reflect the beam no matter that I did. I got too deep into it that I literally had to bleed him down to win. It only took my entire inventory or 4000 units. If Scytalis was 1000x easier. If 8.3 and 8.4 is going to be like this, I’m retiring. That said, I really appreciate your help and guidance
@@nidjejdjd I would say the biggest thing with this fight is patience. It's going to be a long fight with most champs, and it's easy to lose your focus. RNG can be rough in the last two phases when he has a 25% chance for a fire blast. Can feel like you're getting a bunch in a row. The parry window on the blast felt pretty generous to me - just back up as far as you can to give yourself enough space to do it.

I usually block the first part and then dex out of it, kinda like Agent Venom's SP1

You consume a Removal charge when you remove his armor, or you lose one if you get hit by the radiation blast. In phase 4 you get a permanent one.

Yes but remember you need a Removal charge before you do the parry/reflect. Otherwise, the blast will just hit you.

Hey on phase 2 I just can’t get the timing down of the Perry or Heavy attack. I must have gone through 30 revives. Any advice?
Are you sure that you have a removal charge on yourself before trying to parry or heavy the blast? If you don't, then the charge will always hit you.

This was the case then, but the debuffs don't really do much of anything unless you purify an incinerate

To get removal charges you need to use a special into the radiation blast. That goes for phases 1, 2, and 3.

Yes! But you get more removal charges at a time in those phases. In phase 4 you don’t have to do it.

Idk if it’s a bug or not but the charges you gain are on a 8 second timer to disappear as well and I’m finding it difficult to get to 3
