It was never a happier song. The whole song is about infidelity. About a woman cheating on her husband or boyfriend. The only part of the song is the beginning part which seems to be uplifting but people don’t know the whole song so they think it’s a happy song. It’s not.

This music, plus the scene in SOA with Jax just sitting there, solemnly, with Nero silently comforting him was such a tense, yet emotionally weighted scene, especially when Jax put his head against Nero's side. Even though Tara was doing right by her boys, you couldn't help but feel for Jax. Gotta thank this song for that.
