Here's the deal: we use contractions in informal speech all the time but we have grammatically correct ones( cannot= can't, she is= she's). Even these grammatically correct contractions are only accepted in informal speech. These( gonna gotta, wanna) are considered " extra informal " and slang) professionals would not be caught dead using them written, OR in oral presentations. Just a little information.
You seem to write well enough to be understood. I am the same way with French because I haven't had to speak it in over 20 years so I forget a lot but reading/ writing it were always easier for me. I don't understand why reductions are always considered "American". They are not. All native speakers around the world speak this way with equal frequency. Remember the Spice Girls' song "If you wanna be my lover"? There are even other TH-cam videos from British people explaining reductions in the English language, such as "Love English with Leila & Sabrah" or "Luke's English Podcast". There may even be more videos in British English than in American English explaining this, but many still insist that this a uniquely American phenomenon. This is probably due to the disproportionate global influence of American entertainment media. The problem with implying that reductions are uniquely, or mostly American is that it leads to a widespread belief among non-native speakers that American English is somehow "slang" as opposed to other varieties, such as British English, which is somehow more "correct". Have you ever met a random British person who could properly use the apostrophe? (Just kidding) I am a native English speaker living in Germany, and was recently confronted with this. A co-worker sent an email message to an American supplier that was littered with "wannas" and "gonnas". When I brought the inappropriateness of this to my co-worker's attention, his response was that he was "Trying to write in American English". Non-native speakers should be encouraged to consciously use informal reductions in any context. It is, of course, important to understand them and that they exist, but their deliberate use sounds awful out of the mouths of a non-native speaker. It is even worse when used in writing as if they were proper alternatives. I do not think that you stressed this point enough in your video.

These words are very grammatically incorrect and should actually be avoided. They are slang and they make the speaker sound uneducated and lazy tongued. I am glad that you'll be able to know what they mean when you hear them but they should NEVER be taught as acceptable English. I am a native speaker of English and I actually live hearing new English speakers use English properly because it is so refreshing to hear less lazy speech. Please don't add to the degradation of English by trying to use these words. It's good that you know them so you can understand casual English being spoken quickly, but please don't adopt our lazy tongue that is becoming increasingly normal. My English teacher would have a heart attack listening to this lesson

I wasn't even allowed to use wanna gonna,or any of those things in any informal speech while I was in school.

You write/ say "He's trying to provoke you."( you replace the "i" with an apostrophe making it the contraction " he's"
