This is an Oxygen Not Included Quality Of Life MK3 base with modded duplicates that have ridiculously high stats just for fun :) This oni gameplay series will cover many of the crazy experiments that we have explored on this channel over the past years.

You could probably achieve far more if you focused on small goals one at a time as well as duped dupes with powerlevels of over 9000 :P

You should make the toilet 1:1 ratio. One toilet, one wash basin. Balanced. As all things should be.

I’ve never seen someone play this game so competently. Usually in videos I’ve seen on this game the TH-camr just suffers with like 12 duplicants and they’re all dropping like flies with no breathable oxygen and germs and dirty water getting everywhere.

in preperation for release, unless they change this, if you have your water near your printing pod, and take every Pacu that you can, by cycle 300 something, if rng is good to you, you should have enough wild Pacu's in your water tank to support 4-5 duplicants with Barbeque
just an easy rng way to get Barbeque with minimal effort
@@brothgar it works surprisingly well, and since theyre wild you dont need to feed them, and they got such a short lifecycle
(and you dont really need water near the printing pod, you just need a way for the Pacu's to flap over there, seeing 8 Pacu's stacked on eachother jumping towards water is actually really hilarious

Remove the running wheel so the coal generator can run more, since they instant fill up the battery with their power legs. So you are not getting any Carbon Dioxide for the fridge

You've GOT TO add the Critter Traits mod. varying sizes, life spans, and a few other surprises. Since you'll be ranching it would add an extra little bit to the game. It's one of my favorites, along with Flotation, and the Wireless Automation mods.

So here i am, stuborn as one can be. Bought this game 2 weeks ago and told myself not to look at youtube vids, but try to discover everthing out myself. Now i am at cycle 398 and no deads yet, nice little rooms etc. So i was thinking i got this hang of it, i can manage really good. Now i can watch youtube vids. It took only this video, and now i am like....what the accual f***. I learned more from this single video then the 398 cycles i did myself. Thank you for that!

Brothgar, have you tried using unlimited energy by getting heat from daylight in space and running steam generators? No need to deal with volcanoes or lava tubes...

Also Brothgar, you’ll need the extreme surface mod which turns light to heat.
It also cools things exposed to space during the night.

Small note on transformers automation (at 40:50) : they hold a small charge, and when you disable them you lose that charge. A power-shutoff will achieve the same thing without the power loss (it's more about efficiency than anything else). Tho that means they keep producing a small amount of heat.
Showing time as a % of total time and filling the full height of the graph might make more sense, like AoE2 end stat screens, showing population sizes throughout the game
how do you do the super dupes? and work mods you using?
Brothgar uses a external program called Duplicity to modify the traits, Interests and the Attributes of the duplicates.
To prevent wet feet you can put ladders under the droppers in the water tiles.
how did you change their skill levels like that? is it a website or mod?

Is it possible to "Dyson Sphere" the whole map? Contain / neutralize anything dangerous, and build a wall all the way round? (I've never played this game, but I've watched a lot of your videos...)

Yeah you can, many people mine out the entire asteroid as their base. It's not really worth it to wall the whole map because the edge of the map is already a 4-7 tile wide neutronium wall (perfect insulator, always absolute zero temperature, doesn't exchange heat). It can't be mined without cheats anyway so. Sadly doing the whole asteroid is impossible due to neutronium being underneath geysers and in some parts of the map (chunks in the magma / core biome)

hey brothgar, i find super dupes as entertaining as the next guy, but i think these videos are getting a little repetitive, what i would be really interested in at the moment is a mod showcase where you grab your 5? 10? 20? idk most favorite mods and show us what fancy stuff can be done with them. dunno how other people feel about this, feel free to vote my comment into oblivion if you don't agree.

there is a trick here if you use the polluted water from lavatorys and a sieve you get more water because lavatorys create more polluted water than clean water it uses this is how you get infinite water

Question :
The ore dropper does solve tge issues regarding storage but not all materials have the same temp, some too hot or cold if stored in one spot can affect the temperature of one's base. Have this problem as bunch of warm materials from warm biomes cause to evaporate the water allowing thr slime to contaminate my entire base for 13 cycles with polluted oxygen and slimelung.
How can we solve this?

Question, having all the storage on the ground like that, will that not cause a lot of lag? I believe you tested this method a long time ago and abandoned it due to the lag. Guess maybe they improved the game performance on this, and it no longer is an issue.

how do u handle unwanted gasses? cause i always hit a point where i cant expand because of the unwanted gas contributing to my oxygen problems that i cant fix well

is there a page or video somewhere that showcases what substances can be turned into others via various means? i imagine itd be a spreadsheet simulator, but it would be interesting to compile everything youve learned about automatic conversions into one big "Brothgar Bible" redstone handbook
