That is decently fast for casual decoration farming. HOWEVER, you are likely to farm this quest before you are all decked out in Fatty gear with the luxury Attack 7 etc. HOWEVER, this strategy would still work. HOWEVER, I think it would be fun to see you showcase how to farm this with more primitive agricultural equipment for some bonus content
@@Jdjwjsi4483 Thanks man! Did not actually realize there was anything released on the Switch Axe for Wilds. Only the main trailer I knew about. I’ll have to look into it for sure and maybe make a video about it if there is anything worth talking about :)
Teostra: "Why do I hear boss music?" This is sick, man. 😮 I really hate fighting Teostra and you let it looks so easy. Can you Head-lockb all monsters that way are some thresholds to difficult?
Unfortunately, not ALL monsters are lockable like Teostra. Most T1 monsters will usually just perma Clutch claw clagger and therefore are punching bags. It also depends on the species on monster you fight. If you are fighting monsters with Barioth and Tigrex like skeletons, assuming you only hit the arms, it will follow this lock pattern. If you fight the Dinosaur brute wyverns like Anjanath and Brachydios and pummel the legs, it will follow this pattern etc. etc. It all depends on the skeleton. Head locks were way more deterministic before the introduction of Clutch claw and the clagger.
@@Historia_Cat This is something I could consider. However you must be specific on what you are asking for: Are you asking How to fight Fatalis with the Switch Axe? Or are you asking what is the best way for Switch Axe to FARM Fatalis? While similar questions, they each have 2 quite different answers
@@Scrillix a speedrun or regular run like u did on AT velkhana, all the switchaxe runs I ever saw use zsd spam I don't know if I learnt anything from that, your AT velkhana guide was really useful i learnt moves like slingertech hop, which I didn't know existed, so please do a guide on fatalis 🙏
@@Historia_Cat one thing you have to understand for Switch Axe speed runs in this game in particular, is that ZSD does an absurd amount of damage both with the ticks AND with the final explosion. It is also the FASTEST way for Switch to dish out high amounts of damage. Thus why most speedruns of the weapon look that way. I was hoping to fire up the Game again pretty soon anyway. While I’m on, I will look into a possible fatalis guide. Although I am no expert of Fatalis
@@Scrillix thanks brother u r are huge help 😭 all i ever see is zsd for switch axe on the internet, it doesn't do a good job showcasing how cool switch axe is.
@@Historia_Cat I appreciate your kind words! I do what I can, but even in this video, ZSD plays such an important role in my damage. But I will do what I can to stay true to my current content
Just Keep in mind that I am choosing to Run AT Velkhana Legs because I personally wanted the extra Raw from Peak Performance 3. If you are unable to have good uptime of Peak Performance, It might be wiser to run a different Leg piece. So alternatives could be Kulve Taroth Beta Legs or even Raging Brachy Legs if you wanted to swap some other Fatalis Gear around to fit the Weakness Exploit from the legs. Again, It's all personal preference. Use the build that is right for YOU. Not because someone else tells you to use it :)
@@Scrillix sadly it all depends on decos too, i really dont like the random decos thing. But hybrid decos are an amazing addition to the game. Sadly it lasted for a single game. I think I will go with gamma legs. It has most of the things you want. And even more deco slots on top.
