Definitely more intrigued than I was, with it being an Outright Games joint. The RPG mechanics sound cool, sounds like it will be fun to play with my partner but I'll probably wait for a sale since it's out during the busy period of the year.
It could be that the combat becomes better as you progress or level up some skill tree. 3D TMNT games have been notorious for this kind of thing since TMNT 2 Battle Nexus on GV PS2 and Xbox.
if it means anything there are several other written impressions/hands on impressions of the game that do nothing but praise the combat, and he didn't exactly go in depth about what wasn't right about it so I don't think it's the end of the world.
I love me some huber. I feel like we would be best buddies personally because our energy seems to match. But bruh... he says a game or movie is a 10/10... I give it a try and it is usually straight trash for me

This game was made to follow the new Ninja Turtles movie from this year. Check out the new movie it's great. This game looks awesome. The designs are different, but this version is actually good.
@@SIXminWHISTLE story wise? Yes. Art style, turtle design was similar in that they all looked the same and the comic even choose all red bandanas instead of colors. Throw in your pencil marks and it's the same. I think however the cartoon and video games took the turtles in a better direction. It is no surprise no one remembers anything particularly good about the original graphic novel. All opinions of course.
@MaNameizJeff The Mirage comics are well loved, the comics just never really hit mainstream when compared to the heights TMNT as a whole achieved. The first movie is a pretty close adaptation of the early Mirage comics and it's great.
Always love to hear Huber talk about the turtles
This movie is really great, under appreciated for sure
I’m so excited for this game!

You are butthurt coz April is black?
Why would they make a game based off that horrible movie
Because lots of real Tmnt fans loved that movie. It was great. Sorry you don't have good taste in movies 😂😂.

Pretty sure Jackie Chan is still alive 😅
I hate anything but the classic cartoon show look. These guys look goofy as fuck.
The original cartoon is peak goofiness for the franchise. Nostalgia googles.
