Don't give in to the many, many ways that come against you and make you feel alone or like you are not "good enough," or whatever. "ALWAYS ONE MORE TRY!" There's a passage of scripture that talks about this: Ephesians 6:10-20 (paraphrased from the New King James Version -- the Apostle Paul speaking to the citizens of Ephesus--Jews & Gentiles alike) -- The Whole Armor of God -- ... Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil, because we don't wrestle against "flesh and blood" (other human beings), but against "the principalities, powers, and the rulers of the darkness [of this day and time] -- against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the world around us. [Because of all of that, we need to] make use of the whole armor of God, so that we may be able to withstand (-STAND AND FIGHT) against the evil when it comes to wear us down and destroy/kill us. [Having put on God's WHOLE armor, in order TO stand], then STAND [ALWAYS ONE MORE TRY!!!], [because now you have protected and strengthened] your waist with TRUTH, [now you have protected yourself with] the breastplate of righteousness, and you have [protected] your feet with "the preparation of the Gospel of peace [in Him]. This song always gives me the chills. Have loss to many family members and a very good friend to this. I love Dan and how he is upfront about his struggles in the past. So much more to this amazing young man than his singing.
