Thank you for sharing Mr Prabowo's concept and model in production.
Excellent demonstration that a good shrimp farming model does not require high complexity for its operation (we are not talking about extracting high-depth oil or sending a man to the moon).
According to local restrictions (government requirements), commercial standards or efficiency of productive resources, adjustments can (and should) be applied. However, we have a "modern seed farm".

If Ozonation is affordable, water can be reused in the farm, no need to drain into ocean
Agree. But the use of ozone needs precise calculation and care.
And there are many different types of ozone generation technology too. Using the right one will reduce long term cost.
No you cannot recycle this water with this setup... accumulation of salts, nitrates etc. Will reach toxic levels

Hey the "Dry Sludge from waste tank" if you dry it right you can use for compost that sludge is RICH in nutrients, sell it back to local farmers. cheap local fertilizer that is 100% organic. ALSO means that you might not need more waste tanks you just need to clean it more often which is money anyways. WIN WIN WIN

There are multiple pilot project for sludge compost but the Salt content even after half a year is above limit for most plants. Look up u will find thesis and reports tons of those

Great. But how sludge settling at the bottom is managed in the modern tank as it increases mortalilty in shrimps before harvesting.
There is no sludge accumulation in the bottom of circular tank because it has central drain and the strong current from aeration (all sludge is removed), it is a self cleaning tank.
Do use have a clip of hiw to tell between good and bad alge blooms

bro this shrimp farm now has shadings net to kept the biofloc not bloom due to avoid massive absorb of Dissolved Oxygen in water by the biofloc. and has the diffuser blower to increase the Dissolved Oxygen

Banyak kali disebut mengenai carbon, kenapa tidak disebut bila pada sludge tank yang setiap hari juga memproduksi gas methana (CH4). Artinya selama kegiatan budidaya berlangsung anda juga memproduksi gas methana. Saya bisa lihat sludge yang mengapung pada sludge tank akibat proses gas methana.
Maaf bila saya terpaksa menyebutkannya. Karena ada rencana anda untuk membuat wwtp sprt itu dibanyak lokasi. Mohon dipertimbangkan. 🙏
For waste water treatment plan, why you don't apply Nitrification-denitrification processes to remove all nitrogen (and even phosphate) and can reuse all water

I did not get clarity about 100 ml of probiotic. What is the quantity of probiotic / kg feed and quantity of molasses
100ml of that probiotic (which is sold in liquid form and already comes with molasses in the mix) per kg of feed. The actual recipe or formula is not revealed by the manufacturer. But in the end, it is about following the recommendations of the manufacturer of your choice and trust.

D =20m, Area = 314m2, density = 200 PL/m2, Total PLs = 62,800
Harvest is about 1 ton of shrimp per tank
If plan to have partial harvest can have 100000 PL ?

“Intense” .. that says it all. Is it possible that Industrial is more appropriate. Quantity .. at low price. Privatize profit and outsource all the cost .. including consequences of consuming it and the environmental degradation.. to the public at large.

Always lose money in prawns farming.. initially you make some profit but likely over time will be struck with sudden outbreak of some diseases. Approach such Ventures with caution or money you can lose.
With out sustainable solutions and with a proper guidelines and planning definitely shrimp culture is risky. But not for everyone who approaches scientific methods and technological advancements in farming definitely will give most promising results.
