I have the same problem
So I'm wondering why is it that the original fuel tap is
So badly made that I need
To replace it with a fast fuel tap.

@@huawietelcom4516 as long as you don’t tune your engine the original fuel tap should work fine.
Mine was full of dirt in the screen and in the tap, so if I had cleaned it up it would probably have worked.
Since I had a fast fuel tap laying around I changed it instead.
If you have a more or less original engine and have this problem you should also check your ignition, a bad spark can give the same symptoms.
