@@mootpointjones8488 Thank you 👍
Look like ice blue colour. Is it white or really blue?
@@cosmosreader2306 it’s actually silver
Yep, good vid, works for Duke 390 as well.
@@brandonmccracken657 That’s good to know 👍

Ok, not faster acceleration, but did you check the top speeds? Vespas are not that sluggish from the lights, if we are among the cars, but top speed on motorway could be bit better. At least mine, my 300 goes bit over 110km/h. But the thing what could be better in these are brakes, with 2 person is slows down, well: slow.
@@OKuusava my test might not be to consider as fact. I did a “drag race “ with my buddy and his stock 300 gts, and mine was considerably faster. Can’t say that I had much more top speed +120 in good conditions but not wert fast after 110.
Do you recall what your settings were on the smartcarb2. IE. clicks out from on the top and the measurement changes to the idle screw?
@@peterwriede7772 ohh, sorry I don’t remember the settings. But it was a lot of trying with the clicks before I got it right.
Amazing! Works perfectly on my 2023 390 Adventure. Thanks bro!

Hi sr! Where did you buy the leds? I cant find :( thanks!!
@@Mario-yj8hb Hello, do you mean the taillight?
I have the same problem So I'm wondering why is it that the original fuel tap is So badly made that I need To replace it with a fast fuel tap.
@@huawietelcom4516 as long as you don’t tune your engine the original fuel tap should work fine. Mine was full of dirt in the screen and in the tap, so if I had cleaned it up it would probably have worked. Since I had a fast fuel tap laying around I changed it instead. If you have a more or less original engine and have this problem you should also check your ignition, a bad spark can give the same symptoms.
Groovy...
Flawless! Thanks!
Thanks for sharing. You have made my installation job much easier.
@@Jaams44 I’m glad to hear that 👍
Vad är det för årsmodell på din px 200 nu? Gött att renoveringen börjar ta fart. Ser fram emot nästa projektvideo.
@@DennisRosberg-if2sj Hej. Det är gammal 93:a. Har beställt ytterligare ett lass med prylar till den, men just nu skall det åkas så jag börjar i vinter med de stora grejorna.
my mate had a P200E and I had the PX150 and it kept up with the P200E no problem, same crankcases so could easily upgrade the PXs, the only difference was I had an MB exhaust fitted, a road/rally pipe.
I’ve had some px150:s and they worked well. But the last ones produced were very slow due to emissions regulations.

Bro i 100% thought this was a DAY Z graphics mod. 😂
This time it was the real deal 😁
Greetings from Denmark 😊 Love your videos 👍🏻 I am thinking of buying the SIP alu rims for my PX. Are you satisfied with them and are they difficult to mount the wheels on? And last question, do you buy the 2.50 or the 2.10 size? Thanks in advance 🙏🏻
Hello. Thanks for the positive feedback. I do like the sip alu-rims a lot, especially compared to the original ones. They can be quite tricky to mount the tyres on, but once you’ve done it you will have no problem in the future doing it. I usually go for the 2.10. Or 2.10 in the front and 2.50 in the rear. But if you go for 2.10 on both you can switch front and back when the rear starts to get worn.
@@Nordicexplorer1 thanks for your reply 👍🏻 That’s a very good point about the same size on both fronts and the rear so you can switch. What about the 2.50, does it give any advantage or just the look ? Alternatively you can put 2.50 on both front and rear if you want the switch alternative?
@@Icantgetausernamedoh I don’t think you will see or feel any difference if you putt 2.50 on both. The tyres will still be 3.50/10.
@@Nordicexplorer1 ok, thanks again. I’m feel ready to buy them and put them on my PX now and looking forward to try them out 😎👍🏻 Have a great weekend 🙏🏻
I was pleased to see a fine-tuning tool 🔨 on the floor. I’ve often used one for those little adjustments. 😅
Always be prepared, you never know when you need to adjust something 😁
Whole new meaning to get a grip.

@@Nordicexplorer1 Always a pleasure never a chore.
Without reed valve?
Yes indeed, works perfectly fine with stock discvalve.
Ciao ma solo cambiando il gruppo termico cc 177 dal mio cc150 anche lui 70esimo , c'è un miglioramento delle prestazioni o va montato qualche altro pezzo per far rendere elaborazione
Hello. A bigger carburettor 24/24 is needed. A exhaust and check the squish is also necessary. Of course other jeting of the carburettor. The Zeus read speed cdi ignition is a really good complement.
Nice work - and all one-handed too! 😊
One hand only, as usual 😁
You installed it wrong. It should be facing the opposite direction.
Hello. On a 2015 that’s the right way. On the HPE models it should be the other way.
@@Nordicexplorer1 I have a 2012 Vespa GTS. It has Bitubo on it but it is not installed like this. There is something wrong.
@@Nordicexplorer1 I've never seen an uploader like you.
No there is nothing wrong with the installation. A 2012 Vespa has the same mounting of the front shock as a hpe model, there for it sits the other way on these two models. But the 2014-2016 has another mounting of the shock and should be mounted the way I have. If you look up the difference between the models you will see that they don’t have the same mounting of the shock, it’s two totally different shock models for these. Google a 2012 or hpe and then a 2015 and you will see that I’m right.
@@Nordicexplorer1 If you turn the shock absorber upside down during assembly, it seems like its direction might change. If you have no problems using it this way, continue.
thanks for the tips - I'm going to try to start an old P200E today and will follow the steps laid out by you guys
Hope you get it running 👍
Great roads - but the gravel! 😳

……. and a jet washer of course. 😊
Indeed, but there is a long way to go before this Vespa is back in a mint condition.
As they say it’s amazing what a bit of ‘spit and polish’ will do. 👍
I wonder if there is a similar bench on the top of Everest to reward that hard climb? 😜
The question is if there is cinnamon buns and coffee on top of Everest
@@Nordicexplorer1 if there are they won’t be there for very long 💨 ❄️ 🥶 also I’m guessing there are no steps set into the rock face to help the 🧗 😃
Lumber-bikers 😊
One degree. 🥶 In those conditions your nose might be the same colour as the bike 😊 Go with the 300 rather than the KTM is my opinion - obviously 😅
I’m still cold from that ride 🥶. Who knows, if I can’t make up my mind there might be both the ktm and a gts in the garage😬.
Hi there. I'm struggling to code my spare key I bought from Vespa dealer. I followed all kinds of videos but no luck. One thing I wanted to ask is, that the dealer sold me black spare Vespa key, if that could be the issue? Or I have no idea where could be the problem. Thanks!
2001-2019 Vespa keys should be blue with programmable immobilizer chip. So a black key might be wrong.
Rpm and temp on mine dead, any solution sir ? Brown wire installed as manual on light source at magnet. Temp suddenly dead when ride, installed on spark head also.
This is not a problem I have come across myself, so I don’t have a good answer to this question. The first thing is of course to check all wiring. I assume the rpm has worked from start and then given up?
Coffee and bikes. Great combination.😊
Maybe one of the best 👍
