    In my 20 years of trying to heal plantar fasciitis and pelvic pain, you are the first provider (of MANY I've seen) to note the link between the two! Now I'm exercising both areas daily, and seeing improvements! Can't thank you enough!

    I never realised how much I grip with my toes!! Lifting 4 toes was definitely a challenge! I really liked the small ball rolling on the balls of my feet 👍. Thank you Melissa.

    WoW that was very challenging for me! One I will have to work on and be consistent at. And my mind is blown how the feet can affect the pelvic floor, I had no idea, but it does make sense, my feet are flat, and my ankles roll in, so I have orthotics that I wear for support. My arches are so so tight.
    Thank you for your classes✨✨

    Amazing session! I will do this with my children, I think they will find it so much fun (especially with the oldest, who has the tendency to walk with his toes inwardly). Thanks for the practice 🙏❤

    Oh, more of this please! I have been fighting an injury in my left hip and noticed my left foot less flexible, I had a terrible ankle sprain on my right, and was pleasantly surprised at how much more mobility I had.

    • @DrMelissaOleson
      @DrMelissaOleson  ปีที่แล้ว

      So amazing you noticed the left hip and foot connection! We have several other foot videos on our channel that I you might also enjoy that are similar to this one. Keep up the fabulous work!

    I've broken and sprained my right foot. I've noticed a difference in where I feel pain as I've started this challenge, although I don't think it's a bad thing. I think my ankle is working differently. I have noticed that as I work to release my right hip that it is affecting my whole right side. So, this foot work was super helpful.

    Unable to lift toes separately. Interesting. Had to hold down as you suggested. 🤔
    Love that you connect pelvic floor and feet. Thank you again!!

    Do the ball need to be soft or need to be hard? I really like you way to teach, you are super!

    • @DrMelissaOleson
      @DrMelissaOleson  ปีที่แล้ว

      So glad you are enjoying it! The ball needs to be firm but not hard. Think of a tennis or lacrosse ball.

    What brand shoes would you recommend for "dress" shoes. Due to having a bad hip for so many years, i wear Crocs but now have a new hip and would like dressier shoes!
