The fact that you can choose whatever appearance no matter what gear you’re wearing is incredible. This kind of freedom is what we need more in our games.
And it didn't launch with an in game store for time savers and premium cosmetics
Yep I love the transmog system in this game. Just like AC Odyssey. Fantastic dev work to implement it fully before release too, most of the triple A titles have to "listen to community feedback" before adding such fantastic QOL features. They really nailed it.

An outfit feature would be sick. I switch outfit depending on the area or activity im doing. Would be nice to simply switch with a button
Yes bc I like wearing my dragon hide protector outfit while out in the world but when going around Hogwarts I like wearing the headmaster outfit you get for completing the secrets of Hogwarts
They should add a togglable map icon feature so your screen isn't so cluttered

The fashion in this game is great however my immersion is honestly broken if I’m not wearing my school uniform lol. Most of these scream “professor” to me and we literally just started our school career. I get that we’re talented but I’m sorry I have to abide by the dress code.

Plus there are some really good looking House Robes you can find. I have tried other looks, but I always seem to go back to my School Uniform😂
I stay in uniform when I’m in the castle, then change to a casual outfit when exploring the wild. I love wearing a cape when flying

Dude I feel the same way. I haven't changed from the school robe. Most of the cosmetic breaks immersion especially during cut scene. Just doesn't look good.

Quick note, the blue clothing that's part of that "Assassin robes" does have alternate color variants but not based on your house. I found a crimson one recently just as a random drop. That outfit has a very great "adventure" feel to it and I'm hoping there's alternate colors for the cloak as well.

Honestly the outfits in this game seem best for Ravenclaw. The Relic House uniform looks best with Ravenclaw and a lot of the good looking outfits seem to be blue.

After having played the witcher 3 most recently, decking my ravenclaw in the assassin’s robes, owl mask, and avian-grey wand handle makes me feel like I belong to the school of the owl…and I’m loving it. ^^
The legendary set is one of my favorites, I feel like I should be carrying a saber while wearing it.
I would Love to be able to use spells on students and NPCs. It could just be harmless spells like levitating, freezing, summoning, etc. It would not be too difficult to add as it is already in use on most animals.

Oh I'm definitely gonna find the remaining flying keys now, that house robe looks amazing.
My friends and I may have found a secret in game, connected to which house you join, sorta like that side mission that changes based on house. There is a bathroom in maybe the middle building in hogwarts with a circular sink, and if you go into the women's last stall you'll find a set up for some spell, I believe the set up differs based on your house since I'm in Slytherin and found it set up with someone brewing Polyjuice potion, but a friend who is in Ravenclaw went to the same bathroom and found some sorta botanist set up. I'm not sure if it's based on house or just random but it was different between us.
The outfits are cool, but I have just been upgrading my Hogwarts rope for the immersion aspect. Glad you have that option.
Like others, I also feel like my immersion breaks without the house robes, however I don't use the traditional robes/starting because they're so dirty :(
I just use house themed clothing when in castle :)

I always use either the distinguished robes or the ones where the front is closest depending on if i want to see the undershirt or not, at least inside the castle.
If im gonna be outside of the castle ill through on a periwinkle coat or the dragon hide with the purple dark arts underneath… i tried to be more goofy and i just couldn’t

The name of the "Assassin" Robes is actually Herodiana's Attire for those trying to find the actual name for a detailed guide, I had to run this at a lower playback speed to get the name, I love this channel but goodness I wish they would say the names of the outfits.

Jedi Temple Guard cosplay:
First get the "Authentic Historian Robe", and the "legendary mask". I think it looks best with the hood up. Then get any white n gold wand handle to emulate their lightsabers. The white n gold version of the "Avian" wand handle fits perfectly, as those handles already look like a lightsaber hilt. The drip in this game is awesome.
Love my Ravenclaw cloak... it's by far my favorite item to wear...
the scarf on the ashwinder outfit comes off when you equip a cloak, but it stays on for capes!

Yyyeah, the part that is played most in this video is for good reason, those two outfits there in a row are sick. Most people are looking for them, regardless of how vocal they are about it.

Hey Jordan if do you do tings you may have missed video. I may have one for since I have not it seen posted anywhere. But during the intro if you cast the reveal spell in the room with the ,memory basin. There's two small chest one on each side of the room. you can get bout 100 gallion from them.. do it before doing the momery besin part

Anyone have any idea why I can’t find the student to begin the Assassin style gear quest. I have the required spell and now am in the fall season. Can’t find her outside the charms classroom.
Do another main mission. I found a lot of these guides not really precise when it comes to the requirements for getting a certain item or quest. You need depulso to do the quest but it doesn't automatically unlock after aquiring the spell.
I have depulso but can't do the quest do I have to progress further in the main story first?
Most likely, you need depuslo for the quest but it doesn't unlock directly after getting the spell.

They did not mention how to get the hoodie. The only piece I am missing from this entire video :D ... It's not part of herodiana's outfit because that is a hat. Does anyone know? Could it be from that "hidden depulso chamber" or what it is called? I have over 80 hours of in game time and over 80% of my field guide done, but have yet to see a hoodie.
Also btw I solved the last herodiana puzzle without resetting so that is definitely possible lol

There's a 3rd battle arena in the forbidden forest that once completed you'll get a cool mask with the outfit
I believe this is only if you got the deluxe or collectors editions

How did you unlock the assassin style robes? I know that it’s supposed to be from the side quest “Hall of Herodiana”, however, when I got to do that the girl won’t spawn in front of the paintings to start it. I’ve done what I’m supposed to, as far as I’m aware (level 15, depulsio sharps assignment 1 done). Am I missing something? Someone help lol!

I really like the deluxe editions Dark Arts outfit with the hood up. The fact that its animated is just pretty and awsome. However I with masks didn't clip through the hood. I love the legendary outfit mainly the mask it comes with However it clips through the hood on the dark arts outfit completely ruining an otherwise amazing combo. Its honestly upsetting. I also love the astronomy outfit and of course the house uniforms from the keys quest.
How do I put the hood on i bought the deluxe

@@JorRaptor but I found a cool bug in the game I completed the main story then the game was back to summer but I didn't complete poppy mission when you have to return the dragon egg. The mission is original in the winter time so my open world was back to winter after the mission 😂 so I have a winter world now but if you close the game it is back to normal so I make a save right before I finish the mission so i can get the winter season back . I really hope they make a system so we can change seasons like we can do night and day

From killing 3 infamous foes, special enemies with large health bars (noted with the skull icon on the map).

I wouldn't focus on the keys. As you do various quest, the keys just sort of happen to be around and you will gradually get all 16.
I personally am rocking the the Ashwinder outfit, thief’s coat, and the avenging wolf mask. I like to think my character Salem is a good guy who just has villainous fashion. And he also doesn’t put up with shit and loves all the beast in the game. Needless to say I’m a hufflepuff member
I'm the same but wearing the Dark Arts robe with the Legendary outfit and Dark Arts Duelling Gloves (no mask). My character is also a Hufflepuff, but mastered the Dark Arts to properly punish Poachers, Ashwinders and anyone that seek to harm the innocent, people and beasts alike...
The dark arts set is the best thing ever, literally makes the deluxe edition so worth it.

Why is there no storage trunks
It’s gotten to the point where I just wear a dark outfit with the black cape tbh this game has really cool outfits but I have two issues first issue is it looks out of place in a lot of the quests when your companion has the standard school uniform and my character looks like a battle mage or a death eater and my other issue is some of the clothing physics aren’t polished and break my immersion and just become an eye sore after awhile example the cloak you get from the house chest is extremely cool it lights up when you use spells and it matches the school vibe and doesn’t look out of place while exploring or doing the battle Arena but the physics on it break if you do anything other than just walk I hope the devs address the cloth physics clipping in a update because tbh it’s an issue I haven’t seen a lot of people mention

Each house has a specific quest tailored to that house. Plus you rarely ever use the common room as your exploring all of Hogwarts and the world outside of it.
I am Slytherin So the Quest you go underwater to find her family shit... I said, 'I found it,but I keep it " 😅
