Heh. Better than the stuffup I did on one of my boards. I got the wrong footprint and not only was every pin out by 4, the footprint wasn't even the right size. I did manage to kludge around it only to discover a mistake on the original schematic I was working from. Even then the original designer and I were able to get it working and from there we did a second revision that worked first go.
Well, it's never perfect the first time around. At least this time it was an easy fix. I guess that's what happens when I do stuff like this late at night in a rush. 😅🤦♂️ But it's better to get a revision out there and get started than to waste a lot of time on doing everything perfectly and end up with no project at all.
Thank you! :) I made one manually at first. Just used some spare sockets and re-wired the pins between them. Then I designed one in Eagle and got it printed, mostly for fun. Made a mistake that I had to debug and fix in the video as well... 🤦♂️ You can probably buy some better EEPROM-adapters from someone online or find a good open source version you can get printed.

Excellent work! Can you tell us where you got the ROM adapter board from or did you design and print your own
