Let me add something to it. The word "hinder" comes from german word "Hindernis", which basically means "obstacle". I personally learnt German and yet in the process of learning German that's why many words that are used in English, are mostly originated from French or German. One thing I noticed here, that the british accent is very closed to the German Accent.

what i 've learnt from the video is that power naps (short sleep, during the day to help pple get better in job's performance), sharp (take naps would help you stay in sharp in your life like answering quickly, alert in daily life) and hinder (prevent you from doing sth)...... short snaps (reduce the risk of high blood pressure) will be better and more helpful than long snaps (causing obesity,...)

I totally agree. Since childhood, especially every time I take a 10-15 minute nap at the office during break time, my mind is like a computer that is rebooted, refreshed, I become fresher, ready to think hard again.

I usually have power naps, it helps me to keep my mind sharp but when the naps lasted longer than 30 minutes it hinders my mind
