    3:37 Mustard is not difficult to get in Malaysia but you have to go to the bigger supermarkets such as Tesco or Aeon Big.

    • @yvesthesleeve
      @yvesthesleeve  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, I usually find it at Tesco. Here in George Town it was all gone but I found it at Giant. I think it's not so popular amongst Malaysians.

    Don’t know if you have visited this place not that far from your place! Hin Bus Depot Arts centre! Weekend arts and crafts, food! Fun place for the family too! Hin Bus Depot is an art and events space located in George Town, Penang. Established in 2014, the space is run by a small creative collective that curates the contents of the space, which includes art exhibitions, parties, music gigs, theatre productions, festivals, fashion events, brand launch, street art and a whole lot more. The space started off with only an exhibition space and an outdoor stage, and now expanded with cafes, restaurants, bars, tea house, artist studios, yoga studio, library and a few others that will be joining the ‘Hin Family’. Hin Bus Depot supports and showcases progressive and upcoming artists, artworks, events and art forms.'

    Malaysian: u can find cheaper & better apartments/condo with 400-500usd per month..This one is way too expensive! Very old low/medium cost flat cost 400usd wtf.. And only have 2bedroom..Less than 1000 square feet..For me reasonable price should be RM700-800(usd180-200) for this kind of we call low cost flat..I now stay in melaka near city area..I live in a Medium cost apartment 1000sqft 3room 2 bathroom.. Monthly only RM500(usd120)..My bro condominium in KL bukit jalil next to golf course. with many facilities like adults & children swimming pool, gym room, games room, kindergarten and more..700sqft++ 2 bedroom with basic furniture..rent only RM1500 monthly including maintenance fee for like facilities & security..Still can't find tenant..Sorry for my poor english..

      @yvesthesleeve  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is only for one month. I am well aware what is possible here in terms of price. But you rent something for a month - you pay. It has everything you could possible need, and all the most modern equipments - you pay. We have super extrem strong internet - you pay. We can use the aircon all the time, crank it up all the way - you pay. So I done the math, and it is a very good price actually. Only the internet will set you back 300 RM a month. And this is booked over Airbnb.
