Hi Eric. Really nice video explanation as always. However, I have a small comment ... My wife teaches physiotherapy and she just commented on the sideways underarm exercise, saying that it's not just the underarm your training, when the elbow is straight. If you keep the elbow straight, you exercise the shoulder as well. So if you want to focus on the underarm, you need to bend the elbow. Keep up the good work. I really enjoy your videos :)
Thank you Eric. You are a true master in your work, always going forward to learn something from you. I am amazed by those exercises. Health and wealth to you.
Love your videos! And these training tips really help. I've been climbing for about 5months now and watch your videos weekly, have you Ever thought of doing like 1 training tips video a week? That way I can try a new technique every week and improve bit by bit! Thanks again, keep failing!
Hey Eric, I find these training videos super helpful as a new climber! A big thing I worry about is training too hard/wrong and causing injury. It would be cool if you could do some series style videos for training, similar to the way you did the climbing technique series. Thanks for these awesome videos, keep up the great work!
Yo Eric. I started bouldering a few months ago but I had to stop because I dislocated my shoulder! In one of your videos you said Nikken used to have a messed up shoulder, I wonder if he would have any advice on training and warming up so I won't injure it again. I'm going for an MRI to see if anything is torn but I hope I can avoid surgery by strengthining my shoulder and warming up properly. Thanks!
Cool exercises, thanks! We used to do the exercises with the long stick when I was still doing martial arts - in all possible variations haha.... So that one is super easy for me to do, but the flexibility in my wrists and forearms is horrible... :P
i go untill fatigue, when you slow it down that much reps dosnt matter anymore, go untill badform starts creeping in, then rest for a good minute and go again.
As good a place to post this any anywhere. If you find yourself suffering from tennis elbow, as I have on occasion, you can really help yourself by using a Theraband Flexbar and the "Tyler Twist" exercise.

why stretch? dynamic or static stretch?
Do you repeat the exercice until fatigue hits you or do you do reps ?
i go untill fatigue, when you slow it down that much reps dosnt matter anymore, go untill badform starts creeping in, then rest for a good minute and go again.
