Loving my Yesoul indoor bike! Super easy to use and it's really kept me on track with my fitness goals. If you're searching for a dependable one, Yesoul is totally worth considering.
Carly, your art work is glorious!!! Your explanation of why you're creating these beautiful works is wonderful. Just amazing; as your mentor said, at almost 28 you're so far away from your prime was far from being a slight on where you are now. What an amazing journey you're on; I'm in awe, and very grateful you make the time to connect with us via you tube. Thank you, thank you!!
Carly: do you feel that your experience with charcoal, prepped you for your work with paint? I am so impressed with your shading, and always thought that pencil and charcoal (ie black and white) aided in developing shading, but to me, seems harder than working with colors..
White, as one of the brightest colors in oil painting, is cleverly used by painters to maintain overall harmony and unity. This is undoubtedly an important manifestation of the proper use of white. By applying different concentrations of white in different areas, the natural lighting effect can be simulated, making the objects in the painting appear more realistic and reflecting the painter's excellent technical level
Thank you so much for sharing the thoughts behind your work. I paint abstract and have never learned to draw realistically. Such a beautiful skill you share with us all!
A big part of art for me is knowing the thoughts of the artist regarding that particular piece that I feel drawn to - so I say to you beautifully said! I absolutely love the painting and can see why you already have perspective buyers. Your mentor (sorry I didn't catch his name?) has stunning work as well! Belated happy birthday!
That’s great to hear, yes definitely trying to share my thoughts behind each painting, as I know it does mean a lot to people 😊 my mentors name is Angus McDonald. And thank you, I really appreciate it 🤍✨🙏🏼
Excellent video. When I was a young art student I just wanted to focus on portraiture, however, my teachers told me to focus on quick action poses. Luckily, I stood my ground and made musical portraiture my forte, and it all worked out. I respect your focus on women... after all, they are responsible for creating every human that has ever existed.
Excellent draughtsmanship well done. Agree artists can become very isolated especially when they are hyper focussed therefore disagree that the answer is to workout at home despite agreeing that exercise is essential.
Wow, spending a month on this painting really paid off! 🎨✨ The final result is absolutely stunning and clearly reflects the time and effort you put into it. I loved seeing the progress and the detailed process behind creating such a beautiful piece. Thanks for sharing this journey with us-it’s truly inspiring! 👏🌟
The paint brush through your hair bun😂. My gosh that was what I needed today. Keep at it Carly; you come across to me as one wonderful woman. The world is yours for the taking! Be well!🙏🏼🫶
I love the expression on that piece. I think you got it just right. Too many women (and yes, historically, it’s due to patriarchal men!) either challenge or settle for some kind of tolerant subservience. You got a perfect “I’m me, who are you” look on that one. Beautiful piece of work. Thanks for sharing with all of us that can’t get “down under” for the exhibition!
beautiful translucence 😊 can I ask an amateur question? Once you mix the paint colors (acrylic? or oil?) you’re going to use, how do you keep or preserve those paints day after day without them drying up? airtight container? put in refrigerator? other ? thx 😊
Beautiful and inspiring video Carly! I just found you and I am a subscriber now. I love your appreciation for Beauty and finding beauty in every person you paint, that's what makes you so special, you're an incredible painter too! 🤍
Lady Carly is COOL and wise beyond her years, 28 is the age of SPIRITUAL Maturity for WOMEN,For men its 33.THNX for the INSPIRATION🌠MAGIC HAPPENS🌠🌟🌖🌕🌔🌟
I’ve had the chance to review some of your works, and I was instantly drawn to them. I’m interested in purchasing a few pieces. Are they currently available for sale?
I'm not really an artist; I'm a 66 year old obsolete computer programmer who writes and draws and paints and uses ancient technology to make photographs, but I'm a guy, specifically an American guy, so deep in my heart I believe myself to be qualified to comment on any given subject, particularly those about which my knowledge is purely anecdotal. Given that, I've never believed those who say that art should stand on its own, without the need for explanation or comment. Really? At least half of language is dedicated to clarifying, explaining and expounding on the other half, and we're supposed to grok the Mona Lisa by just staring silently at it? I suspect that this principle was promoted by painfully shy artists and writers who could barely talk to themselves let alone perfect strangers. Of course artists should talk about their work: we've all grown up differently, in different times, places and cultures. If we don't have the same understanding of symbols, memes and references it should be no surprise. For example, I'm sure that a scorpion has a very different meaning to me than it does to a Native American from the desert Southwest of the United States. So thank you very much for talking about what your work means to you. It makes the work more real, puts it into context not always apparent to someone with different life experiences. I hope you continue with this. On another note, another TH-cam painter I follow is American painter Jessica Henry Gray. Very different work than yours in every way but one of her habits is sticking brushes into her hair bun for later retrieval. I've always thought that looked very convenient but as a bald guy that's not an option for me but now I see that you do that, too. I'm envious. I wonder whether anyone makes a hat for we short- haired breeds that could serve the same purpose?
Thank you so much for your considered comment! I completely agree, I find it so strange that artists just expect people to read their minds, I understand how it can be very scary at times to put your inner most thoughts out there into the world, but it is so important so your audience can properly grasp the concepts and ideas and not get mixed up with what they thought it might mean 😊🙏🏼
Carly Rena is one of the most beautiful woman that walks this earth and one Hell of a talented artist at such a young age ❤️ her vids they 6:22 ain't long but she still has the talent of some of our historic artist, she don't need to have to sponsor anyone❤❤❤❤❤
Joli travail! Bonne continuation! Stéph.
Judging by your parka, you need a heater in the studio. But, other than that, as a hack painter, I hate people with actual talent; like you. Awesome work.👏👏👏
Title followed by…if you do say so yourself…?? I was not astonished. I was astonished the first time I saw Picasso in a museum. Also Betty Goodwin. Maybe it’s best to just strive …and let viewers decide whether what you paint is any good…
But I didn’t say I was better than anyone else, I think it’s ok to feel that you are progressing and creating better artworks each time. I’m definitely not comparing myself to Picasso, he was a master. You are welcome to decide if you like the work or not :)
Sometimes / very often in competitions the artist has to give away their rights to the artwork though. I‘ve seen happen it often and experienced it as an art student and with artist friends.
Absolutely beautiful work , really inspiring to me , I started painting at 61 , self taught , luv coming across different artist like yourself with really unique styles ; kind regards wayneholmesart
Absolutely loving my Yesoul exercise bike! It's super performant. Riding it lets me enjoy a bunch of different classes, so fun!

She is so beautiful and her paintings are breathtaking.

beautiful art. is the canvas with Gesso? oil or acrylic?
I buy my canvas already triple primed, I’m not sure if it’s oil or acrylic but I’m painting in oil 🤍🙏🏼

I am obsessed with Da Vinci
What is the painting about?
I don't think you need to show your work to any experienced artist and take their advice, you should continue your journey without any doubts.
Yes she does ! Art critique is immensely important
Judging by your parka, you need a heater in the studio.
But, other than that, as a hack painter, I hate people with actual talent; like you.
Awesome work.👏👏👏

Maybe paint someone whose body is not perfect. I do think your work is beautiful.
Be careful on submitting this to any competitions / prizes as with the feedback of your mentor it is no longer solely your work...
Hahaha this is so silly. Of course it’s still my work!
@@carlyrenee.artArtists’ consult each other all the time. Keep doing it. And yes, it is silly😂. Good for you💕

Pourquoi ne pas peindre des hommes ? Toujours, des femmes par une femme bof bof bof
