Thanks Paul. What is tipping like in Paraguay? Do they do it? If so, when and how much? By the way, it's really nice how you connect with the people there through the language. Very inspiring. Thanks again for the great videos.
@@Planbparaguay Never ever seen anything like it! I will DEFINITELY be ordering one of those when I come to Paraguay! My mouth is watering at the thought 🤤🤤
C'mon; there are also festivals, the Teatro Municipal around the corner from El Lido Bar, dancing, visiting artists like Karol G, SlipKnot, other groups, etc,
@jgonz260 Karol G... to each his own. If you like to go for a walk and take in the sights and sounds of the city, Asunción isn't really the place for that. Ask an asunceno what there is to see and do in the city, and he'll probably point you to one of the big shopping centres. I think it's improving slowly though and the people of Paraguay are generally very good.
@@ba8898 I love walking around the old Asuncion neighborhoods, perhaps out of nostalgia. These are located near the old, historic downtown where you can find very nice old colonial buildings, often in disrepair however, many still well preserved. Give it a try if you know where this area is located. For example the "Escalinata" de Antequera and other escalinatas in the city bring to me old memories of their past grandeur. Also the area around the plaza Batallon 40, right next to Avenida Mcal Lopez, and the area around the Colegio Internacional and the Gran Hotel del Paraguay are very nice old traditional Asuncion neighborhoods,

10% is a good rate. If you want to be generous. There is no law or need to. But we do through appreciation.
