I suspect that there arent all 6 types of fish in there its probably only 1 or 2 but it gives the flexibility to use the different types, which means they can use different fish depending on what they can get cheap! some foods use the words in "variable proportions" for the same reason.
For a family on a budget that’s fantastic Deano. Fish and chips for two kids in a bag and the price of a tin of beans for just over two quid. I’ve paid £6.50 for a small cod from the chippy on its own and it was wet mush. Fantastic review mate!

450g with 72% chips 324g. so only 126g fish. the fish may be any one of the 6 option given does not have to be any mix so why not just get the £1 fish 200g and 250g of oven chips will be cheaper and more fish. why could they not include a packet of tar tar sauce. the fish is so nasty looking and more like fish sticks, you can get a better fish for less. mint sauce is better than vinegar in the mushy peas.
That is a tiny portion! No way can 2 people share that! It's the size of 2x chicken tenders with a bit of chips! Better and cheaper to buy a pack of fish and a whole bag of chips!

I would not go near that so-called "fish"; even the thought of it makes me feel ill. So, if the so-called "fish" got tossed away, that is £1.99 for have a plate of chips. Also, the packaging made me laugh; from a distance the packet of "fish" and chips looked for similar for a famous brand of dishwasher detergent capsules. As far as the mushy peas are concerned, they will be OK in the fridge in a tight Tupperware container for at least 2-3 days. You can even freeze them and they will keep for weeks. I often freeze mushy peas, the only thing is the texture does go even mushier but they are already meant to be mushy, so no harm done really and it saves wasting them.
Being as you are not buying your food for these reviews it is us subscribers, you can throw away half a tin of peas if you like, I'm not usually one for frozen fish and chips but that did look a decent meal and for one, not two, even with the peas.

Just a thought, but I use chip shop curry sauce granules, just mix it up as you would bisto gravy. It's lush, you can get it at most supermarkets 😊
