Hi, I have this vacuum and love it! I have a problem with the blade attachments falling off the straight telescoping wand. I feel like I have missed something about how they should attach. It’s so frustrating because I’m trying to be efficient and it’s so embarrassing when clients see this happen. It’s happens every time I use it every few minutes unless I’m treating it like it’s made of thin glass, I just don’t have time to keep picking it up and putting it back on. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong. All I do is slide it on and twist it until it feels secure. And every time I have hope that it will stay on until I untwist it off. So anxious to hear from you, please say you can help me!
Kathi, sorry for the delay. Other comments have likely identified the issue. There should be a metal ring inside the plastic end cap on your wand that screws tight on and around your attachment. You need to line up the circular indent around your attachment insert with the metal ring inside the plastic end on your wand. Often times, it does not work if you push the attachment all the way in, rather, you leave a gap of 1/16-1/8 of an inch, then screw the plastic end cap tight around it. The metal ring should rest inside the circular indent on the attachment tool, thereby securing it when you tighten the plastic end cap, which prevents it from falling off while in use. I hope this helps. Thanks!
Hello, this particular vacuum utilizes a cloth bag, a filter bag and exhaust filters. It is great for allergies, and, you can purchase and utilize HEPA filters as well. Thanks!
@@thomaswtheisen For folks with bad allergies a closed bag option would be nice for your line of fine backpack vacuums.I have two-one corded and other the new cordless. Both are GREAT.The closed top bag would make them even better.Just make the bag horn in the lid longer.
@@rexoliver7780 - They leave the bags open on the top, so they can be dumped out and re-used. I recommend using them a total of two times, then discarding. When completing a paper filter bag dump out, I recommend going to an outside dumpster or garbage can and in this day and age, masks are fairly easy to find and utilize as well. With that being said, I will certainly pass on your feedback to the manufacturer. :-)
Hello, thanks for the humility in your comment. If it makes you feel any better, you are not the first and will not be the last. I hope the new approach has made life a little easier for you. Thanks!
I use a super pro coach 10 down here in South Florida for 100,000 sq ft school. I get very hot and sweaty while wearing the vacuum and now the harness is starting to smell. Can you please tell me the best way to launder the harness, thanks?
So I used to have 10 of these and sold my cleaning business. Now, I'm down to just one and lately it's been getting louder and louder. Is there a way for me to fix it?
Dave, it sounds like the motor might need to be cleaned and the vacuum motor brushes might need to be replaced. I would recommend working with a local Jan/San distributor with a service department. Thanks!
Jason, sorry for the delay. Were you able to get what you needed for your business? If not, feel free to send me a direct message via my channel and I can help you. Thanks!
Hello Aleksandra! From what location are you making a purchase? Knowing this would help me best answer your question. Feel free to go to my TH-cam channel and send me a direct message (privacy). Thanks!
Imagine if they put wheels and handle on top it’ll be a perfect vacuum
Thanks

Great video!
It is, isn't it!? Thanks! :-)
Is this good for allergies because of the filtration?
Hopefully so that guy stops coughing during the video
