    I have a question, once i drank 3 liters of water in 7 hours, is this good or bad, thoughts?

      3 liters of water in 7 hours isn't a good idea, man...) At least, if a part of it wasn't during a workout or a phisycal activity.
      But as a rule of thumb, your water intake has to be spread evenly throughout your day. Exactly how I have it in the video.
