Vitamine A deficiency is actually the first cause of blindness. We even call it beta carotene because of the fact that carrots contain a lot of this nutriment

I’m confused how do you get your lenses right if it’s just from a company? Like do you not need to have a professional look at your eyes and see what strength you need??
@@h1d34w4y that’s not how it works you get your eyes tested, they tell you if they improved or what not and then you pick your glasses then and there. And I went on the website she’s talking about, you get what you get there’s no option to put on your own lenses. They are not actually glasses they are for style clearly.
So on the website when you click on the glasses you want, you will have two options on the bottom of your screen, one is ' frame only ' and the other is ' select lenses ', so you click on ' select lenses ' and you will have three other options : single vision, progressive and non-prescription. You choose the type of lenses you normally use and click next, then you'll have to fill in a form with the prescription that your doctor gave you when you had your eyes examed. Sorry if there's mistakes with my writing English is not my first language

Beta carotene is a vit a precursor that is converted to vitamin a(retinol), the latter of which is only found in animal products and not carrots
