Jep Jep. I had this fight for years.. I was aiming for healthy hair and after I had completely healthy hair I was so unsatisfied. Bcs it doesn't look good, how they naturally fall. So.. You have to use height to manipulate the hair.. To have control of it. But just don't overdue it. Every celebrity is using heath for their hair. They have to look good/attractive. But what i am saying isn't for everyone the case. If your hair fall naturally beautiful, you don't have to think about it to style with heath.

That’s an inverted French braid the first style. Fish tail braid is done with two strand and taking small sections and over lapping them to make it look like the bones of a fish
