Thanks.yes a press makes life easy back in the day before I had a press I had a proper old school vice and that pressed in bearings lol not sure if modern day vices are up for the job though.
@@frundlemud I believe so. You want to support the outer bearing race on the bottom side while pressing the hub in from the top. I'm looking at doing this on my Fiesta ST to save some money. I have the press, but might just have a shop do it to be safe

Not easy and you need a press. You did the job very well. Your average home mechanic may find some of it difficult.

he did not seem to support inner bearing as pressing in flange ? Thereby stressing new bearing?
