Best thing I've found to do is install Good lock and home up you can deactivate the clock, alarm icons all sitting up the top as there main constant burning when you put your camera on you'll start to see these icons and your google/Samsung keyboard! You can still see them all in pull down menu so Switch them all off it's only my battery percentage I have on screen! Unfortunately it's a thing we have to suffer woth oled
Mine has multiple apps showing burnt into the screen .. I have tried different apps but to no success.. the only thing that worked was to change my screen to dark mode.. it actually looked quite cool and I did not need to have the brightness up so high which probably did not help in the first place.

Can't do a full FDR either that's unfortunately NOT an option waayy to much accounts etc set up backing up doesn't help it's limited on what can be backed up it's the Google and Samsung keyboards that are the main issue innthe s22 ultra
If I reset my device in safe mode won't that mess up the layout of everything when I put it back? I've done this before on an older Samsung about 6 years ago and all of my apps were screwed up some of them even reverted back to earlier versions. All my notifications at the top of my screen show through no matter what app I'm in and then there's three other blue lines through my phone (horizontal in portrait mode), they have different levels of darkness and width (2 are thicker and blue but transparent and the other one is a bright blue but opaque).

Yes it is screen burning.. but If that shadow remains for some seconds only then it is a mild issue . Try to fix it now by using some methods u can search on Google.. if it stays for more time or is permanent than there might be only option left of changing the screen.
My screen burn is from TH-cam. The upper part where the video plays is brighter and the comment/ suggested videos below is darker

I just restarted my phone, I did not have to do it in safe mode. Give just restarting your phone a try first.

The easiest and fastest way to fix this issue to just buy an iPhone and never worry about this ever again 🤷🏻♂️
