"My past is scarred with grief ...father, mother, brother, sister, wife ...my life is full of sad memories. I look back and I see my loved ones ...and among my loved ones I see the face of this great man: Gilles Villeneuve." Enzo Ferrari
Judging only from the trailer, I am perplexed by the mix of visible care for faithfulness of historic details with many flagrant mistakes obvious already in those 2.5 minutes. Mistakes so evident as, to quote just one, that in Brescia on 12 May, half past five AM it is full daylight (as seen in historic pics), rather than pitch dark. And starting numbers in Mille Miglia equalled starting hour+minute so, for example, Collins with 534 started at 5:34 AM.
im telling you, if this isnt a major critical and financial success, then this will be the last michael mann movie you will ever see. all the major studios wont finance his movies after so many flops. even though miami vice and public enemies have alot of fans, they are considered flops and putting the mega flop of blackhat in there too, mann is on very very thin ice!
Love the film heat, but this looks terrible the crash at 2.03 is a cgi disaster, I don’t understand these directors, if it looks shit edit out, a 5 second clip can ruin a good film 🙈🙈🙈
thats what i thought, you could easily do an onboard shot, greenscreen the view out the cockpit and use a flying camera to make that cheaper and better.
To quote from rush Lauda: Drives like a pig. Lauda's Mechanic : Oh, you can't say that. Lauda : Why not? Mechanic : It's a Ferrari! Lauda : It's a shitbox! It under-steers like crazy and the weight distribution is a disaster. It's amazing - all these facilities, and you make a piece of crap like this.
no italian accent, no italian at all. disappointing. i love adam driver but his is just, hi micro italian fake accent. Also wtf is the CGI at 2:00? looks so horrible. I am not excited after seeing this trailer. And Ferrari's main story is in F1 not in endurance, not in Le mans. wtf.
It's a shame that the cast couldn't save the film, the film is just boring. A race across Italy, what you see are lonely country roads, Le Mans in 1971 definitely has more style. The film is more of a film about relationships than racing, the name of the film promises otherwise.
The CGI in the crash shown in the trailer is hilariously bad. It's like a videogame rewatch. Why not just crash an actual car into a pole or a wall ?. Less dramatic perhaps, but at least it will look and sound real. Any empathy for the driver is out the window seeing this out loud laughable crash. Shame.
I was wondering where Adam Driver was the entire trailer 😂
Driver is driving
@@Dragonfury3000Good as Marc Webb directing Amazing Spiderman.
I guess that's what makes a good actor great
He's old man Enzo
He's such a shape shifter! 😆

This is going to be EPIC. NO ONE does film like MICHAEL MANN.
No director sets the tone like Michael Mann. No one.
I still chuckle at Maurizo Gucci as Enzo Ferrari
Common Adam, I cannot wait for this! Shivers man.

I feel like this story keeps getting told in different perspectives
This may be the best pov yet 🏎️💨
Someone is gonna get an Oscar nom for best makeup
Finally they nailed it with CGI. I was blown away
Adam thinks he’s Oppenheimer
The Italian mafia better be in this story
I am not Enzo the Baker! I'm Enzo Ferrari!!!!
So this is the Oppenheimer of vehicles.
What is the title music trailer OST from 0:55 ?
Looks great. Mann next movie will be Heat 2.
: I hope so & pray that I’m alive to see it…Big Fan!
Think I read somewhere that it'll be out around 2025.

Honestly, I thought the same thing at first, but once you’re in a theater, it’ll probably look better. However, the film itself looks fantastic!
@@graythurman4506 I hope so 🤞

Worst CGI ever 😅

Why not put italians in the movie
Why put Italians in the movie?

Christopher Nolan would never use that terrible CGI at 2:03.
That’s what I WAs thinking
That CGI is terrible lol
This is the director's total ignorance of physics and of experts who could advise.
The crash scene looks pretty cheesy.
The CGI at 2:02 is so bad I burst out laughing. Still, going to watch was long as the reviews are semi decent
2:03 what what that ? .The worst CGI , I have ever seen
