So fun fact for anyone who cares: I served Tom Hardy recently and he was wearing his biker jacket you see in tbis trailer and gave it to me to look after whilst he was watching a film (i work at a cinema) he was super nice about it, very chill. I'm so excited for this movie!!!

Tom Hardy gives Brando's vibes in it, he should do more "indie" films like that. Jeff Nichols never disapoint and in this fabulous cast there is also M Shannon. I can't wait to see it.
Rumor has it that in the movie, it's Brando's character that inspired Hardy's character to pursue a life of motorcycling. So your observation may not be coincidental.

Jodie Comer is doing the real voice from tapes in the Sixties. In an interview at Telluride Jeff Nichols said she literally had each word she uses in the movie, spelled Phonetically on her working script. No one sounds like they spoke in the Sixties.
Thankfully I don’t speak pure Cotton Patch anymore decades of TV changed the way we used to speak considerably.
She is absolutely astounding in this.

The portrayal of Austin Butler as a badass biker is reminiscent of Jim from the office trying to become an action star. Although I understand what his agency is trying to accomplish, using stuntmen in his fight scenes while Tom Hardy walks like a real warrior discredits a character that really deserves to be the lead.
Austin Butler is different in every movie. Brilliant acting indeed.

I don’t think it would be for this. All the above-the-line categories are stacked this year, and I doubt this movie would be the type to get any nominations. It’s not really an awards-friendly movie from the looks of it. Still, I think it’s gonna be an interesting movie!

Finally Hollywood is taking a chance and giving us a movie that isn't a remake,reboot, hoping to become a franchise or comic book movie. I'm all in.
Always felt Austin had a James Dean look about him from the first time I saw him. Then when I saw him act I knew he really was like him. He definitely is going to be a top star. However, in this film, I believe Tom Hardy might pull an upset with his Brando-like acting & steal the show. But yet there’s hope that Austin can hold his own. Will watch at the theater. Should be a big hit wth this kind of cast.

He adds a gimmick like a strange accent to distract people from the fact he’s a fairly limited actor, he stares into space delivering his lines whilst trying to look intense, doesn’t even look at the person he’s delivering the line to, watch some of his films and he does this all the time 🥱

The Bikeriders is fantastic, tough language some violence lots of smoking but multiple layer Story Telling.
I went twice, Actors all hit it out of the Ball Park even small roles and the Music intermix with the Cycles is a work of art.
Don’t miss it on a quality screen with Dolby Sound.
It will get its moment in time because it deserves it, the Actors deserve to promote it and their performances.
Definitely will go again with family when it’s released.

I read reviews from the Telluride Festival. Reviews are very very good. Tom was given such a high-pitched voice in contrast to his brutality in the film. He is the head of the gang. You know Tom in the movie never does anything for nothing. So this is necessary.👏✌️👍🔥

Austin Butler seems like a sweet guy so it’s really interesting to see how much he commits & the rage and passion really flows through his body… like he does edgy and evil really well!

Daniel Day Lewis is another actor who comes off really kind, and polite in interviews... but plays really gritty angry characters well.

Omg. Watching this is so refreshing. Even beyond the great talent in front of the screen involved. This type of thing, along with stuff like The Holdovers and the less than enthusiastic response to Madame Web, it feels like the return that those of us who understand the ebb and flow of things knew would happen. The return of the interesting concept & genre variety of the midbudget movie.

I was born in ‘64…I remember when I was 5 yrs old and lived on Central Park and Wrightwood Ave in North Humboldt Park Chicago.
A group of 40/50 bikers rode down Central Park on Old 50’s style Harley’s wearing Club Leather’s….two Cop Cars followed but at a safe distance…This trailer brought back that long forgotten memory…E P I C !! Can’t wait to see it

Austin Butler channels James Dean in this trailer for The Bikeriders. I believe he’s going to give a performance that’s very comparable to the type of performances Dean gave in his 3 films. I’ve been saying he’s gonna be the next James Dean, Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio since his Best Actor Oscar Nominated performance in Elvis. I believe the Bikeriders will further cement that comparison much further and make him a big Movie Star and an A list actor in Hollywood. And don’t forget his upcoming performances in Dune Part 2 and Masters Of The Air. If he keeps at it for years and years to come, I believe Austin Butler will be one of the greatest actors in the history of cinema past or present
