Hi Petra, I appreciate your workouts. I'm an African American woman over 60, I want to continue being active. So after doing your exercises or workout, it reminds that after 60 you can stay in shape and enjoy life. I may not get every step right, but I keep on trying. Dear Petra, THANK YOU! I absolutely love this workout, and your smile is so encouraging! :) Since turning 55, I’ve found it harder to stay active. I used to be an avid field hockey player, but after injuring my knees, and with age creeping up, I’ve become a bit hesitant when it comes to sports. Over the years, I’ve tried bootcamp for 4 years, pilates for 3 years, and yoga. I also do some jogging. What bothers me most are the weaker areas of my body, especially the skin on my upper legs. When I do downward-facing dog in shorts, it really unnerves me. That’s why I love doing these workouts at home, with the doors wide open and cool air flowing in, or sometimes outside, without the distraction of other sweaty people bumping into me.
I'm in my 50s, I work out 4 to 5 days a week, and I can't seem to lose the 20lbs but I made up my mind to focus more on building strong lean muscles. Thank you, Petra, for this amazing workout🌹
I try to workout to the different routines you post and string together the shorter videos to total about 20 minutes. Thanks Petra for putting out this 20-minute workout, this routine is great! 👍🏼

I love this workout, combined with "Lose Stubborn Belly Fat In 3 Weeks | Low Impact Home Workout". I have some old hand strap weights (0.5kg) and wear them with each workout for the extra benefit. Love it ❤

Hi Petra, I found your acocunt on IG and absolutely love your workouts. I love especially the music ( the older the video the better music, probably shows my age haha), the short spoiler of the next exercise is fab and that there are no breaks. The time 20-25 min is just ideal! I sometimes do two workouts one after another and love a mix of weights and especially cardio. Keep it up please and dont change anything 👌🥰

Love your workouts! I save many of them but not this one. I really like the ones that have the consistent 3 second sound cues so I don’t have to watch the countdown clock, I can stay right on the beat or slow down if I need to. I just look out onto nature and lose myself in the movement. This one has inconsistent sound cues but good peripheral (for me) visual cues with the swipe. Still, I missed some changes without the sweet “beep, beep, beep.” Thank you for getting me moving again!
