I turn down your music and listen to my own 😂 I'm an educated aerobic instructor from ages back 😊 and def a low impact girl. I'm having long muscle fibers and can't follow the pace you have in your other videos, which tells me that you are a 'short muscle fiber girl' and that's perfect. I also go for working 'full range of motion' and with this video both are possible. Enough oxygen in the muscles and a slower pace actually gives a much better fat burn, even many hours later. Love the workouts as I am menopausal. Specifically, the controlled movements with weights. Other videos do not have controlled moves and those videos are dangerous for injury. Thank you for all you do for the health of woman everywhere!❤️
Thank you for all the wonderful workouts. I prefer no real intro and just getting right into it. Also, I miss knowing how many minutes are left. One can get through anything if they know how much time is left. I may be in the minority here, but I hope not. Thanks again ❤💪🏼

I've just finished and I'm going to get back into it promise 😊 I'm 62 and still suffer with menopause symptoms 😮 x
You have fun workouts. I enjoy working out. the next day I feel them on my body. so I know that they are effective.😊 I’m over 60 but I love being active ❤

Start low to avoid injuries... I'm using 1 kg... After 9 month I will go for 1.5... My goal is to end up with 3 kg next year!!! Normally it's the ligaments that get injured, muscles are much faster to grow. The ligaments are the ones that takes up to 9 months to get the strength.... Ligament injuries takes very long time to heal too. Worth going sloooow and remember recovery days with 0 training. ❤

I've been in menopause for 9 years, weigh 160 lbs., and can't seem to lose the fat, but I'm hopeful and enjoying your workouts. Thank you, Petra.😊

@Con67 I struggle to lose weight, but it is tonning me up, and that feels great.
I should say I am slowly losing fat and gaining muscle. I have worked out with others for a whole year with no results.
