I am so happy that I made a productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever. I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested $70k in stocks and made about $236k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million. I bought my second house in February and I hope to retire Next year at 45 if all goes well. Thanks to Lander C'Ann for helping me achieve this.

3 videos in and I must say almost anyone can really just sit back and entrust their design choices with you. This is the most impressive man cave I've seen, I love the idea of using the angled wood and aluminum planks as a sun shade to avoid direct sunlight. I noticed the embedded uplights on the ground that would create an absolutely stunning ambiance at night with the planks lit up. Great work !!!

Wow guy's after rewatching this video so many times personally my dream car is a 1998 dodge charger and i would chose that over a 720s because i'm an old school muscle guy those are some really nice cars though!
Dodge didn't make Chargers in 1998.

Very beautiful design! In the urban areas of the Philippines it seems as though they maximize the floor area of houses on their lots, which leaves many houses right next to each other. I think this property would stand out more if it were set on a large lot where you could see the exterior elevations from all angles. Nonetheless, it looks great! 🙌🏽

This is the third video that I have watched from your channel ( technically fourth because your house has two parts :) And I'm still in awe . So far what I see is the fantastic consistency in detailing and choice of materials used in your projects. I also noticed that artificial lighting locations are carefully placed thus giving life and drama in the interior. I love the house disgn as modern house. I have few questions: 1- I agree with you to protect front house from the sun heat intering the house but why you are blocking natural light in this case the house during day time will use to much electrical lights specially if the dining/living rooms are in the front. 2- I have a house 400m (20X20) I have 3 neiphors (the 2 sides and at the back) also the facade of the house is East from sun rise til noon in the facade of the house then after noon will be at the back of the house. I'm thinking to make basement (around 6 Cars if possible and 1 room+bathroom+ small/medium storage room) 1st floor family living room + visitors living room + dining room and normal kitchen (Preparatory kitchen they are open to each others) + durty kitchen at the back of the house + ..... what ever if enought space. 2nd floor family living room with half bathroom + 3 master bedrooms with walk in closet if possible + simple kitchen (not for cooking). 3rd flood if my budget allowed. Then the roof with house maid bedroom+bathroom also family glass room +.....

Edit: If you speak direct English and made it traslated in Tagalog or bisaya would be much better because 90+% pilipinos speaks English also who will make modern ouse like that must be rish definitely speaks English :)>. I'm not pilipino even I know few words but not enough hehehe So, I'm getting tired to do pause/play, pause/play,.... to follow your explanation.
Or, if you "The lady" speaks pure Tagalog and the guy (Kuya) speaks English.
By the way for vantalation you could use sucking heavey duty extractor fan better than just opening the windows might mosquito, other flies + cockroaches might enter the house.

You should have used epoxy flooring instead of tiles. Tiles will not last long if used in a set up like a garage. The exotic cars are so expensive so it deserves an epoxy flooring which is way more durable than tiles
