Im not sure how i feel about Enes's constant search for the most grotesquely expensive properties & cars. Also he's increasingly lusting over these items. Bit crass
The intro in the first 45 seconds is amazing. The camerawork, scenes, and choice of music blend right in to make it look like a scene straight out of a movie. Top tier presentation of the architecture and fine details of the house as well, nobody does it better than you guys.

Not gonna lie. The intro of this video gave me a Fast and Furious movie vibe. Honestly, if I didn't know I was watching Enes I'd pretty much think it was a Warner, Universal, Paramount movie. The shooting quality was amazing.

first room, a large echo when he talks, that's pretty poor quality, not something you want in a house, big echo when ppl talk that's kinda nasty for a nice place to be honest.

The eye-catching name that sticks out as though it were light shining from the darkness of the shadows that is my TH-cam recommended page, the level of professionalism, descriptive explanation and reviewing of every big and small feature, elegantly organized order of each aspect of the tour, all 4 things that instantaneously attracts the audiences attention and maintains it throughout the videos entirety. Phenomenal job with the review of the home, not to mention the smooth transition to the car reviews within the garage with equally smooth transition back into the home review, I watched the whole thing 3 times to catch up on some details I missed, and then another time just to enjoy it. The mansion is distinctive from the rest. The interior and exterior design features are eccentric. Favorite spaces: the office, the bathroom with the hammock tub, the junior primary suite with fireplace that adds that romantic aura....the patio is thrilling for grilling the stonework is remarkable, the roof top deck is extraordinary and the views are endless....the pool is EVERYTHING it's the perfect place to lounge and refresh. Thanks Enes, Mikey and your team for a tour of bewitching glory!
Right, they are eccentric. Usually these mansion, which are made to sell for profit, have very bland interior designs. But even these stone textures could become visually tiring for me personally. The womans shoe as a cupboard is another bold choice. But Dubai has lots of more visually colorful stuff. Like the seven star hotel, and even their subway. Very different from white and grey minimalist stuff that's very popular in Northern countries. So the builder probably had local tastes in mind.

I’m addicted to Enes’ channels. I don’t watch netflix or any other shows anymore. I discovered Enes 3 months ago and started to watch each videos from very beginning of his channels. Man, this is both my favorite and least favorite house you’ve toured so far. My favorite because it’s just so crazy and unique. Those walls (did you say they were onyx?) just scream luxury. Black and gold are clearly the favorite colors of whoever designed this house.
Then on the other hand, I could never live in this house, even if I had the money. Those colors, and the contrast between the black and the gold, just make my eyes cross. And that’s just from watching the video. Living there would probably make me have a seizure.
At the same time though, that sensory overload is what makes me have so much respect for this house.
All the exterior shots show no lights on anywhere, no neighbors, nobody driving down the street in cars. The truth about this whole palm jumiera development is obvious to see. It is an egotistical affront to nature - and will be a very expensive reef in 10-20 years. House is gaudy, much like the rest of Dubai. Great tour as always Enes and Mikey.

This place looks awesome! Curious,Have you had many homes that have the primary suite on the top floor/roof? The one in Las Vegas had a secondary suite on the top and the main suite on the 1st floor. Love your channel, it’s the best!

Great video as always, guys. You never cease to amaze me. A few quick comments:
1) When you buy newly constructed mansions such as this, they often come with custom made furniture. That is worked into the price.
2) Mikey, you're usually good at noticing the small details that Enes misses. I'm surprised that you didn't mention the artistic chair on the rooftop deck at 35:35. It looks like a face. Cool and functional.
3) I love the hammock bathtubs. They are very cool.

I've said this about a lot of homes but I truly, genuinely mean it this time - this is the most beautiful & luxurious house I've ever seen. It's not the biggest, it's not the most expensive, it doesn't have the most features but oh man, the architects and designers completely outdid themselves! I can't begin to describe how much character this house has. And for the first time that price point seems actually reasonable! I've seen shitty $300 million NYC penthouses with the aesthetics of a basic hotel room, but THIS is getting your money's worth. Excellent job Enes, Mikey and the brilliant minds behind this house.
