All great tips! Also look into filing sales tax reports. Most states have online training available. It is great service to add and usually does not take a lot of time and is a huge pain point for clients.
Agreed! It really is. Pain point for business owners I service MN based clients and I can request third party access to their e-services account so I can file and pay sales tax on their behalf
Here are some that my company offers: Income Tax Returns Annual Sales Tax Quarterly Sales Tax Payroll Audits/Pre-Audits Loan Packaging Prep Notary Live Scan/Fingerprinting Credit Checks Credit Repair Grant RFP Budgets Forecasting/Modeling Legal Formation
Thank you. This is very useful info. I am taking the ProAdvisor class now. I've done bookkeeping on and off for the last 30 yrs, but never put out my own shingle. Once I'm through and start getting clients I'm considering adding CFP and CFA. My background is mostly in Aviation and Publishing, so I'm hoping to make those industries my specialties.
Hi again, I just saw your master class. I’ve heard the touching thing to do to start a bookkeeping business is making yourself. If this is true dots your close offer step by step process in marketing myself?
Hey! Have you seen Morgan's video on invoicing? th-cam.com/video/PYWvEVrvenM/w-d-xo.html I'll also let her know that you would would be interested in learning more about managing invoices specifically. Krista (FinePoints Admin)
