That is a massive overstatement. Luke Shaw missed more games due to injury last season than De Ligt has missed in the past three seasons.

It shouldnt be any discussion about De ligt´s quality because he is a excellent defender with attributes that will benefit Man United. If De ligt want to come to Man United and Bayern sell him for around 35m (pounds) Man United should sign him. He is a intelligent frontfooted well rounded modern centerback and a leader. His injury record is a concern but its not a worse than the rest of Man Uniteds CBs and he is only 24. He will make Manchester United better and most importanly he will give Ten Hag more tactical options.
