I did watch that far. Just got my Ep3 Kenobi SHF (which cost me an arm and a leg). Been on my wishlist for literally MONTHS before I found one today with a price that isn’t eBay levels of absurd. Always such a great feeling crossing something off the list.
I find the negativity funny and honestly, I just enjoy well made figures. Love SHF. Love Obi-Wan. Love this video. Keep it up!

EP1 Obiwan has best likeness but best figure overall is EP3 Obi. He is a holy grail figure up there with Qui Gon Jinn.

Either a reissue or just an all new version would be cool. The newest Obi wasn't all that bad, so I know they have it in them lol. Maybe Mafex will get around to one eventually.

I watched the whole thing. I personally think a lot of the rabid haters (*not* the reasonable, calm, pro/con guys) are people who see figuarts and want them, then they see the price and get sad/angry and look for reasons to reassure themselves they're not *actually* missing out. I agree it's frustrating when you finally save up for something nice only to run into a wall of negativity from people insecure about their Hasbro figures. We're not attacking your $20 figure, guys, I promise, we're just excited about our pricy one and trying to have fun with the community.

Phantom menace SH figuarts is the best one. Both of the episode 3 figures beats the episode 2 ones in the eyes and likeness.

Tbh the ep2 obiwans both look kinda odd to me. I looked at some pictures to make sure my memory wasn't messing with me, and yeah, I really don't see him too well in either. It's really funky how differently people can think of head sculpts. The BS one looks really darn tired, that ewan needs some rest, and the SHF ewan looks a little odd, but definitely better.
Oh my God, i just stumbled upon an official picture of the BS ep3 archive obiwan, and it is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. He's supposed to be holding his lightsaber, instead its awkwardly slid in-between his hands in his outstretched arms

@@gnarkillguch the archive line is both a blessing and a curse.
Sometimes we get figures that needed some smaller updates, while other times it's essentially an excuse for hasbro to not revisit old figures with completely new sculpts
